We bought our house in Dripping Springs this past June and Texas Pest Pro came highly recommended from a good friend in our neighborhood. Nick was super responsive for our first service, communicated clearly and took great care around our house, especially making sure everything would be ok with a baby in the house. He found termites near the foundation and completed a preventative service for us last week. I can't say enough good things about Chris and Texas Pest Pro. The first time we interacted, I needed someone to visit a home we own in Wimberley. I had noticed carpenter bees and also though we had carpenter ants. Chris was prompt, professional and called me directly when the tenant asked for more than we contracted for. He got rid of the bees, checked the home thoroughly for ants (there were none) and charged an amazingly low price for the call and service. Impressed by his integrity, I recommended him to my landlord for the home we're leasing in Austin. He arrived right on time and I was glad to meet him--such a nice young man, with impeccable manners. He took time to understand our problem (American cockroaches--ugh) and he spent time on the property, both spraying outside and applying bait in a multitude of places roaches could reach, but our dogs could not. I truly appreciate his sincerity and sensitivity to our dogs, our home and our need to stay healthy and not poisoned by toxins. I'm not sure if he'll go to North Austin, but if he does, this IS the guy. We've tried several and he is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. And the price is right! read more

I Needed Fast service for a wasp problem as I am allergic and although we treated outside wasps ourselves the shed I needed to clear that day still seemed to have some agitated inhabitants. I called a few firms who couldn't make a last minute appt. I thought I read a good review on YELP for Texas Pest Pro and they were out within a couple of hours even though they are in Wimberly as they apparently work here as well. It turns out after a thorough search that there were no remaining nests in shed, but not dismissing my concerns the serviceman treated one at another location AND tracked down wasp individuals to clear the area. When asked what I owed, well lets just say it was smaller than just the service charge (visit charge) that I have ever had. GOD BLESS TEXAS PEST PRO!!!!!! I discovered that I had some creature trapped in a new appliance box. Terrified as I was that it might do damage, breed, or just die and begin to rot I found myself incapable of manning up to the task of releasing it. (I was sure it was a mouse and I don't do rodents) after several calls to other exterminators in the area including animal control and being turned down for such a small job, being quoted astronomical fees, and even being laughed at I found TEXAS PEST PRO! The gentleman was courteous , professional, and headed straight over. I guess he was headed in this direction anyways but he was here so fast I didn't even have time to bake him cookies as a thank you! He was done so quickly that he even left his truck running!
