I've been a happy customer of Beeline Pest Control for almost five years and in all of those years, I've never had a bad experience with them. First of all, the level of customer service from the schedulers is amazing. As soon as you call, they already have your profile ready and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Throughout the years, I've had all sorts of problems from rats, mosquitos, to roaches, and Beeline has always come through and help keep those pests away from the house. The only thing to keep in mind is that mosquitos can be a little more challenging, specially during rainy season so keep that in mind in case they treat your yard for them. Thank you Beeline Best Control for the five years of amazing service!

The reasons…read moreare very simple......they consistently deliver excellence, professionalism, reliability, and reasonable cost! I elected routine quarterly maintenance and I very rarely have inside or outside pest concerns. Kristin makes sure my appointments are convenient and timely. And Kyle, my treatment specialist, is meticulously diligent with the quarterly treatments, ensuring they are targeted to my concerns, yet safe for my little Yorkie! Both Kyle and Kristin are quick to provide information and education when I have questions. As a result, I feel informed and safe about sharing this world with nature while also protecting my home environment. I highly recommend Alternative Pest Control, particularly if you seek treatment for Canyon Lake scorpions, wasps, and spiders!

So I looked up on Yelp and lo and behold there was a company called Pinnacle Pest Defense. So I called them up and asked if we could have them come out and get rid of the wasps. We were driving back to Texas after a long drive, and have the movers coming on Thursday. This was a Monday that I called and Barbara answered and didn't think they could get anyone out on Tuesday, so she said they can come on Wednesday at like 3pm. I said that works. But then she called back and moved some stuff around so they could come out on Tuesday at 9-10am. I said that is fantastic. What great phone service this company has. Barbara was so pleasant and answered the phone right away. So today Chris came out to do our wasps. And he was just so wonderful and polite and knew his pest stuff! So we decided to go with them for pest control since I wasn't very happy with our old service. Chris spent time getting rid of like 16 wasp nests all over the eves and light fixtures from our home. Chris was just the nicest guy and we were so happy with his service. I want him to be the one that always comes out to our house. The other pest company sends someone different every time and it is hard to work with them like that. This way it is like having the same Gardner and he knows your property. I told Chris I was so happy with his service that I am going to tell my daughter to also go with Pinnacle. And even get my next door neighbor to also go with him. Thank you so much and I think he said what the price was and it is much better than the other company that won't be coming out to our home anymore. I am cancelling them right now. Thanks again Chris. You were a pure delight to meet.

Over…read morethe past several visits, Doug G, Carlos R, and Jeffrey R have each come to my home for either quarterly maintenance or targeted treatments, and they've all been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

I had noticed carpenter bees and also though we had carpenter ants. Chris was prompt, professional and called me directly when the tenant asked for more than we contracted for. He got rid of the bees, checked the home thoroughly for ants (there were none) and charged an amazingly low price for the call and service. Impressed by his integrity, I recommended him to my landlord for the home we're leasing in Austin. He arrived right on time and I was glad to meet him--such a nice young man, with impeccable manners. He took time to understand our problem (American cockroaches--ugh) and he spent time on the property, both spraying outside and applying bait in a multitude of places roaches could reach, but our dogs could not. I truly appreciate his sincerity and sensitivity to our dogs, our home and our need to stay healthy and not poisoned by toxins. I'm not sure if he'll go to North Austin, but if he does, this IS the guy. We've tried several and he is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. And the price is right!
