I have great results! Michelle is amazing! She has so much experience and is very knowledgeable. I recommend you give them a try. I went 15+ years ago and had success. I just wanted to get additional areas done and touch up the other spots. read more

I was looking for a professional Laser Hair Removal place and a friend of mine referred me to Ms. Azar at "Texas Laser Clinic" Plano. Oh my... what a wonderful experience this is. Ms Azar is very professional and explained the process to me. I am sooo happy to know that they have the newest laser equipment. Years ago, I used to get laser hair removal treatment, it used to be so painful and messy, I would feel heat that an ice pack was needed. But here at Texas Laser Clinic, they use a wonderful system that cools my face as each area is treated. It feels like someone blew gently into my face. I call that moment in time "Angel kiss!" I strongly recommend this place to everyone. I Wish I knew about this place earlier. read more

I've been a repeat customer at the clinic for about 6 years, buying different laser packages. This is the last time I will be going back. Apparently they have a rule that if you don't come in for a year, you cannot use the package you've bought. This was the first time I was hearing about this rule and I was apparently 1 day over this 1 year rule. They would not honor the packages I had purchased even though I have been giving them repeat business since 2017. If they would have allowed me to just use the package I had purchased, I would have stayed but this feels wrong, especially for a customer that's been giving you business for 6 years. Sounds like they are in the business of stealing money now because I still have sessions left and they wouldn't honor them. If there is a 1 year rule then they should have been upfront about it whenever someone buys a package from them, but in all the years of buying from them this was the first time I heard of this. Very disappointing and I will not be going back and letting my family and friends now what happened as well so they too know what could happen to their money with this business. Do not recommend. read more

Would never repeat, for IPL, for 2 reasons. 1) I've had many IPLs at other places and they always help reduce my dark spots on my face. But I got no results at all from this IPL. First, it didn't sting at all during treatment - that should have been a clue. Then, no dark spots showed (ever) after treatment, to eventually sluff off and reduce my dark spots. So, no effect...waste of money. 2) They have one person doing them in the whole office, so hard to get an appointment read more

I've been there twice, two session. It's really good, no pain, no cold gel, little wait time and the technician is good I like this place read more

Beware - they have no appointments open any time soon in their Plano office. I wanted it before I leave on vacation, but the first opening they have is 7 weeks out. Apparently they only have ONE person who does the IPLs. Really? Why bother! read more

Yay for groupon - boo for too many people buying them. Over 3000 groupons were bought for Texas Laser Clinic's hair removal offer.....can you imagine the scheduling issues? Took me FOREVER to get my first appt...-1*. HOWEVER, Saturday, when I finally went for my appointment I had a great experience. Clean space, friendly front desk....the technician gave me a good 10min consultation explaining everything to expect, after care, etc for laser hair removal and took her time with the procedure. I would happily purchase another pkg from them. read more

I just want to say that I am a 57yr old African American woman with POS, since I moved to Dallas, I have went to several places for laser Hair removal and not one of them fit the bill Thank God I found Texas Laser Clinic on one of thoughts social sites although they offer the same deal. FINALLY I can walk around with confidence. My face looks amazing hair gone, black spots gone. to my African American sisters if you have issued with hair on your face or any other body parts, this is the place to go. read more

First time here and the staff and service was very friendly and warm. Clean facility as well. I'll post about end results after my 6 sessions of laser are complete :) read more

The worst place in Texas. I have never seen such a rude people in DFW area. Their customer service is awful, specialy AFSOON in the front desk. Azar, the person who do the Laser is not really nice and precise. My hair is not remove evenly! Can you believe it!!! I did the a high price laser and now I have patchy legs and face. Never recommand this awful place to anyone. read more

I recently drove up to TLC for laser treatments I bought from Groupon. From what I can tell, more Groupons were sold that the clinic can handle. However, that did not stop them from delivering pleasant, professional service. I would definitely book for additional services in the future. read more

I absolutely love the Texas Laser Clinic. I am always treated so kind and with so much respect. My laser technician, Lana and Azar are so sweet. I really like how comfortable they make me feel. I will definitely be returning for more treatments. read more

Buyer be aware. This establishment over sells the groupons and then has a difficult time giving appointments. If you are lucky to get an appointment then hope and pray that the lasers are working. The technicians tell you how you are the perfect candidate and will see amazing results for the treatment but make you sign paper work beforehand that explains you may see NO results to cover themselves. Oh and lets not forget the discounts they offer in order to write positive reviews for them!!! Very unethical business practice and not professional at all. Seems like good deal only for the groupon value. Don't fall for their trap on getting an upgrade while at their establishment like I did (ended up paying another $400 for full bikini on top of the groupon I had; BIG mistake). Stick only to groupon because they offer the guarantee. read more

******This review is long over due. I love Texas Laser clinic! This place has a laser hair removal clinic and a optometry clinic. I have gone to both and had such a pleasant experience. Dr. karimi is one of the best ,she really knows her stuff and she gives you 100% of her attention. she answers any questions you have and they have so many frame selections to choose from. the waiting area is very zen and the front desk girls are welcoming. as far as the laser hair removal , I have had amazing results . The tech takes her time and explains any concern you have. the pricing is the best your going to find in the plano/frisco area. overall its a pretty spa. I would recommend it to anyone.***** five stars all the way read more

I have been going here for three years. Azur has been doing my hair removal. They have the BEST prices. They also just got a new technician, Lana, she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very happy with my hair removal results. I have very thick, coarse, black hair and their laser treatments have done wonders for me! My skin is SO soft and hair free. I am HIGHLY satisfied with their services. read more

I was one of the unlucky ones who decided to take advantage of the Groupon special this facility was offering. It took 4 months to get the first appointment scheduled and another 3 months have flown by and I have yet to get the second session scheduled. They have been very unresponsive, do not return calls, send countless emails and still cannot get any cooperation. Good thing I only wasted 100 dollars. For those looking to use this facilityfor laser hair removal services at regular price, I highly recommend that you do not. read more

This is the worst place. You should stay away. When I first went using a groupon, I got great service from Michelle. I bought a package of 10 facials back in Oct 2012 to be used one a month. I should have had 8 or 9 facials by now but have been given only 3. Michelle left the co. and I got Azar who has forgotten my appointments, has not had the right supplies to provide the service, or has outright cancelled appointments, even waiting until I was driving to the clinic. This has happened at least 5 times. I asked to have another aesthetician and was told they didn't have anyone else. I've asked to have a refund- they will not give me one. I'm totally fed up. Never go-- you will get facials with no steam to open pores, paper towels to wipe your face, and pores that aren't cleaned. read more

Beware of this business. They sold me a package of 10 facials yet cancelled 3 appointments at the last minute, told me I didn't have an appointment when I had the appointment card in my hand, and, after finally getting in for my appointment, I was sent home without service because they did not have the necessary products to perform the service. When I asked for a refund, they told me they would send one. After nearly 3 weeks, I have yet to receive the refund. read more

The staff is friendly, but despite their best efforts, I don't think the laser machine is effective at all against thick Indian people hair. Several of my friends go to Texas Laser Clinic (and they're Indian too) and they've had similar results. I've bought 2 packages thinking that would do the trick but alas, it made only a slight difference in the appearance of my unwanted hair. read more

Signed up for 14 laser hair removal treatments for my face over the course of a year. Seven weeks after my treatments began, I noticed a heavy growth of dark black facial hair. I tried to contact the tech (Azar) and she never answered. When we finally did speak, she claimed it was new growth and refused to hear the description of the type of hair I had grown. When I told her that I would have to get this done again, she said OK and abruptly hung up on me. There was no effort to rectify the problem or even evaluate the hair growth. I would not recommend anyone go here. read more

The staff was friendly but that was about it. My appointments were cancelled twice and when I was finally able to get in the original technician that gave me my consultation was no longer there. She had originally told me that the bikini area treated will go in about 2 fingers wide on each side. When I told them that they said sorry she's no longer here but I could upgrade and get that done. They treated my bikini area the very outskirts and my upper lip. I've had laser hair removal before. When the laser hits the hair it's suppose to burn it off and when it hits the follicles it keep the follicles from growing hair after my treatment it was as if it was never treated. I left a little hair so when they did it I could see the hair burn off but it was still there!! Horrible experience will cancel my next appointment and go pay the other clinic off of Frankford that I have been too because they not only have a friendly staff but service is great!! Darn me for buying the groupon!! read more
