Beyond the cleanliness, the atmosphere is warm and exceptionally welcoming. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the owners go out of their way to ensure every guest feels truly taken care of. It is rare to find a place that balances such professional upkeep with a personal, "home-away-from-home" feel. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a quality experience. The food is great. The plates are small ( which is fine ) but it would have been nice to have a bit of room to cut up my food , and I'd add a second side to anything that's not a sandwich, but even with just one side ( steaks get two ) you don't leave hungry. ( extra sides are 4 a piece) The only other suggestion is a basket of homemade bread would be perfect for this establishment . It's a southern food , steaks and gravy type place. A basket of bread would make it perfect . Great place though . We would go out of our way to stop again.

I highly recommend calling in your order ahead if you dine in during a peak time (right at lunch) as they typically have very little extra waitstaff as a family restaurant and don't seem to handle large rushes well. Despite the distance (getting there is a worthy adventure!), this was a valuable experience. It's…read morenot what you might expect - it's not a meat market as such; there are no grocery-style glass display cases, rather, once you find your way inside the "facility" and knock on the door, you're welcomed and escorted into a big room where they bring out boxes of already packaged (cryovac'd) frozen selections of meat they've prepared from cattle raised there on the ranch. It's not grocery-store economy or even bulk priced; there's a premium for being able to get something of this quality. We have now tried the ground beef, rump roast, top sirloin steak and stew meat and it's some of the best beef we've ever encountered and the staff is authentic Texas-style nice to deal with, too. True it's way out in Henrietta and it's not all that easy to get to - and Google maps hasn't caught up with the fact that the road you have to turn onto off Hwy 82 has had a name change. The Google map shows the road as "Centennial" parkway but the street signage has been changed to the name of the local High School team - "Bearcat" drive (their stadium is just up the road). Once you get on the right road and head north, the turn off takes you onto a few minutes of well-graded dirt/gravel driving and you pull up to a big metal warehouse. (BTW - the view is spectacular - you can see why the ranch house is situated nearby.) The best news is if you don't want to spend that much time getting there, you can order off the web site with very reasonably-priced shipment to the DFW area. But if you want to shop and select the specific package from several in the boxes you'll want to take the time to visit - just make sure you check the schedule on the web site first and bring a big ice chest. We'll definitely go again and stock up if we're headed up in the Wichita Falls direction but we'll order online and have it delivered until then.

Best sushi I've ever had hands down, and I've eaten a lot of sushi in my time! All the fish was so fresh, fatty, and tasty; was not expecting to find such quality sushi like this in Wichita Falls, it's more like something I'd expect in DFW. The nigiri and sushi were so good, and was verrrry surprised at how good the cold dishes were. The restaurant had a very lovely ambiance with a pleasant dining room that was very comfortable despite its smaller size. They had nice lofi music playing that added to the calm, quiet dining experience which made for a great date night, despite the fact the we were passing our four month old back and forth as we ate lol. Also the bathrooms were so pristine and nice and apparently they had heated toilet seats in there as well. The staff were super friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Our waitress filled up our waters, cleared out plates periodically as we emptied them, and came by several times to see if we wanted to place any other orders, which we did several times throughout our meal. She also made great recommendations when we asked her about the menu and her favorites. The happy hour menu was a great deal; we each tried one of each of the nigiri for $3 a piece, and I had a $4 Korean chicken platter and $4 ichiban beer, all of which was around half price compared to their regular menu. The nigiri was a great starter and good sized for the price, was not disappointed with a tiny little piece like I've had at other places. The gochuchang fried chicken was super crispy and tasty and was the perfect pairing with my beer! Then we had the hamachi chili and salmon crudo cold tastings, the latter of which was probably my favorite thing we ordered because their salmon is just that good. These paired super well with the hot green tea we shared! Then we had several of their signature sushi rolls: the rainbow, hamachi garden (my wife's favorite), the salmon sake (my favorite and her close second), and the mt Fuji (my second fav), which is their most expensive roll at only $16.50. The grand total came out to be almost $200 with a good tip because this was our first date night in a long time so we splurged and ordered a ton of food so we could try everything, but overall their prices are extremely fair, and I'd say honestly underpriced considering how quality the food is. You could definitely dine here for under $100 for two people if you didn't stuff yourself till you were about to burst lol. I genuinely hope this place gets the recognition and business it deserves bc I've seen so many closed businesses since I've been in Wichita Falls for work for a few weeks, and this kind of place is definitely better than you'd expect to find in a little town like this one. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and memorable date night! I wish I was stationed here so I could come back every week! -ps: their wasabi and ginger were bomb and made everything that much better! Totally real and high quality compared to the cheaper industry standard stuff.
