    Texas Auto North Saves The Day! I had major problems with a vehicle purchase from a different dealership. I was referred to Texas Auto North but my confidence in dealerships had been shaken. After the management got involved they began to make good on every promise they made to my Wife and I. Problem after problem was corrected and they proved that they take "Customer Service" seriously. Keep in mind, they did NOT sell us this car. They provided a great example of "Service After The Sale." At the end of it all, my Wife was able to drive her car away from this dealership with a smile on her face. That is the way it should be. Many thanks to the Texas Auto North Management and Staff. We appreciate all you have done for us! Lesson Learned: Check the car out thoroughly before you commit to purchasing.

    I would HIGHLY recommend working with NENA BRANCH if you're looking to buy at Texas Auto North! She provided the BEST customer service when I was ready to give up on my buying experience. This dealership has plenty of luxury cars, so I found the perfect fit for myself. I made an appointment late in the day to test drive and Nena stayed after hours to answer all of my questions. The car I chose to purchase needed a few minor repairs and she continually updated me on the progress of the repairs. Nena is kind, diligent and makes her customers her top priority. For the best experience, you need to work with her!

    do not buy from these scammers!! josh was my salesperson and he tried to add $5,000 extra to the cost of audi i was looking at! the price is $25,298...he gave me a print out with $25,798 plus they add premium package of $4,300 that you do not need and then will tell you its "included with the car"! liars!! save your money and go somewhere else where they are genuinely ready to help you and not scam you! zero stars

    I was helping a friend buy a Chrysler 300 and found one online at Texas North. I called in looking for a "car guy" to help me with a 300 they had on their lot. David, the salesman was kind enough to go out and video the car for me and lend his expertise to the evaluation of the car. He said he had been in the business for a very long time and even use to be in the body shop business. He stressed how honest he was every time he had the opportunity. Everything seemed to check out and we managed to work a deal after agreeing to pay "full boat" for the car. They did manage to take off the $900 in BS fees they slap on to the top price of the car. So, we ship the car up to my friend near Philadelphia, he gets in the car and the first thing he sees is this huge flaw in the dash, where the leather is all pulled away from dash. Ugly ugly ugly to say the least. I had SPECIFICALLY asked him if there were any tears, rip or imperfections in the interior. NO was his answer. Now my friend is going to probably have to spent $500-$1000 to get this professionally fixed. I called them and simply asked them to give us $200 back to partially pay for the repair. Their answer "NO". This guy David, all he does is tell you how honest he is.. he says it over and over and over again. He's not honest and you can tell in the video that he went by that area in the video purposely very fast so your eye wouldn't catch it and when he made a second pass back that way he completely pulled the camera down and away from that dash so you couldn't see it. I mean, this is the most glaring thing you see when you get into the car, it stares you right in the face as it is right in the middle of the dash!!!! See the pictures attached. I thought these guys were pretty decent people, but their true colors really showed up after the sale. Beware if you are dealing with this stealership. Not honest.

    Update 3 yrs later.. the Jeep is awesome. No problems after 3 yrs .. might come back later to trade in my work truck for a newer model

    I am giving this place five stars due to Cody and his great customer service…read more This place is about two hours away from me so I wanted as much information as possible before making the trip - I needed to make sure the car was good and I can lock the price I wanted. The timeline for the review is as follows and keep in mind that I had work on Friday and work until 12 pm on Saturday: 1) Thursday night/Friday morning - I messaged indiGO through its website 2) Friday morning - I received a call/text/email from Cody 3) Friday 2 pm - I got the price I wanted around 2 pm but I don't get off work until 6 pm (bummer because I wanted to go see the car ASAP) 4) Saturday - plan was to finish work, run some quick errands and be at indiGO between 3 pm and 5 pm ----- NOTE: I ended up not going because I got a deal closer to home. After I messaged indiGO regarding a vehicle I was interested in, I received a call, a text message, and an email from Cody. I responded to him via text; I asked for the OTD price and I told him I wanted to pay off the car in a one-time payment. He was very helpful with the breakdown of the cost and we negotiated the price through text. Once I mentioned my final OTD price, he asked me to call him and we ended up agreeing on what I wanted. What I liked was that there was NO pressure to finance. During the phone call, Cody had his manager (I believe his name was Jeff) on the line and they guaranteed the OTD. They also said they would put the car on hold since I was not able to go see the car until the following day; Cody asked me to call him when I'm on my way to see the car. On Saturday morning, I did some more research into the vehicle since its CarFax was missing some information, and after the research, I was still prepared to head out to indiGO after work. When I was almost done with work, I saw an email from a dealership closer to home that agreed to the price I wanted for a similar car with lower mileage. Around noon, Cody texted me to ask if I was still heading out and I replied no. Honestly, I felt super bad to say no because Cody was so nice and helpful during the whole process. If I did not end up with the deal closer to home, I would have definitely made the two hour trip to test drive/buy the car through Cody. Ask for Cody if you are looking to buy a car through the indiGO Auto Group.

I originally stopped at Mac Haik Dodge, but they didn't have the truck I was looking for. Salesman Alexander Cabrera asked me to give him the opportunity to beat any deal I found before making a purchase elsewhere. I gave him my word that I would. I eventually found a truck at another dealership for a very competitive price. As promised, I contacted Alexander before moving forward. He told me they had just received a truck that matched what I was looking for, so I went to see it on June 30, 2026. The payment they presented was higher than I wanted, and I explained to Alexander, the sales manager Shon, the finance manager, and another manager that I wanted to compare financing through my credit union before making a decision. Unfortunately, it was around 5:00 p.m., and my credit union was already closed. Everyone understood that I wanted one business day to review my financing options. The next morning, I spoke with my credit union and found out I could receive a lower interest rate, GAP coverage for less, and a better extended warranty at a lower price if I financed through them. It made much more financial sense. I contacted Alexander and simply asked him to prepare a purchase order for my credit union. Instead, I was given a significantly higher selling price than what we had discussed the previous evening. When I asked what happened to the original price, I was told they could no longer honor it. During that conversation, Alexander also told me I was trying to buy something I couldn't afford and essentially said that because I didn't purchase it the night before, I had missed my opportunity. I found those comments unprofessional and unnecessary, especially after I had honored my word by giving him the opportunity to earn my business before buying elsewhere. I also reached out to Shon, the sales manager, by both voicemail and text to discuss what had happened, but I never received a response. My takeaway is this: if you want to use your own financing or simply take time to compare your options before making a major purchase, don't expect the same level of customer service. I understand dealerships have the right to change pricing, but changing the deal overnight because I wanted to use my credit union and make an informed financial decision left a very bad impression. I normally don't write negative reviews, but Alexander specifically asked me to give him the opportunity to earn my business. I did exactly that. Unfortunately, once I decided to do my homework instead of rushing into financing through the dealership, the experience changed completely. My advice to anyone shopping here is simple: get everything in writing, compare financing before you visit if possible, and don't let anyone pressure you into making a financial decision you're not completely comfortable with.

The mechanic said there is a vital piece that controls the cruise control and it was broken when they had a front end accident and they super glued it randomly to the car!! That's why that doesn't work. Don't run from this place--HIT THAT GAS PEDDLE and floor it past the lot--put it in your rear view mirror as quick as possible. They are all LIARS and SNAKES!! GHETTO CITY!!
