This place is awesome. Every single human in this location is knowledgeable and helpful. I came in…read morewith a motorcycle hitch carrier that was designed for a 2" receiver. I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. It was expensive, but not as much as buying a new motorcycle carrier. I wish all companies still operated like these guys. (If they did the world wold be a much better place). If you get to speak with Brian you will be in great hands!

Was told it was comprehensive and bumper to bumper. That was a lie. Also, a day after purchase, a faulty air dam notification came on. That's not covered either. So much for that 138 point inspection they do on used vehicles. You would think they might think to check the vehicle's battery power during that. Nope. When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Big shout out to Sean M. (manager) at the Long Point location of Autozone. I had a very unusual…read moresituation with a purchase made at an Autozone in another state. Sean was very professional, listened closely to my situation, reviewed the facts, and offered a solution that totally resolved my issue. This was a first class example of positive, common sense customer service. It was the kind of interaction that fortifies customer loyalty to the Autozone brand and to this store in particular. Thank you!!!

Before I even purchased it, he took the time to check which light was out to make sure I was getting the right one. I asked if they had anyone who could help with the install (not knowing if they sell parts) he immediately offered to help, explaining that it was a quick + simple process. Not only did David replace the bulb for me - he also walked me through each step so I could learn how to do it myself in the future. That level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate his patience and expertise. Thanks to him, I left not only with a working taillight but also with new & valuable knowledge. If you're looking for an AutoZone with helpful, knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond, this is the place. I'll definitely be recommending this location to others!
