I've been there since 2023 prices consistently go up Downsize since I'm a single mother paid a few months in advance then having to move out of the unit I downsize too because it smelled like dead animals in there in building 400 Jamie, the office manager moved me out four days after told me, I was paid up until August started receiving late payments emails in July. Charges me late fees when they're not supposed to after my contract starts on the seventh day of the month and they charge me on the second of everyone putting causing me to have late fees, lien fees, etc.. do not rent from here definitely don't go to the building 400

Spoke with Jessie and scheduled to drive my trailer 1500 miles, straight to this storage facility…read more I'm moving to the area for work and bought the trailer a couple months ago, sold my house, and arrived with my out of state registration, which is signed off for sale. Surprise, they wouldn't accept the registration because it was recently transferred and my name wasn't listed (I can't get a registration in my name if I don't have an address to ship it to during the relocation). I understand they want to protect themselves, but feel free to mention this as a requirement on the initial phone call. I was very much relying on this place. I'm the legal owner of this trailer and the registration hoopla is unfortunate. I would find another place who has their process and increased requirements better stated.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees…read more Setting the appointment was a breeze and the move itself was flawless. Very nice workers, a strong work ethic and good manners. "Yes maam" goes a long way with me. AND the actual cost was significantly less than the quote I agreed to. Firehouse Movers is who I'll call with any future moves.

BEWARE - BAIT-AND-SWITCH PRICING!…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this company deserves one. I chose Firehouse Movers because of their glowing Google reviews, and their initial estimate was very competitive. Unfortunately, the final bill was a complete shock. To begin with, they insisted on a virtual estimate and refused to come out in person and assess the job. This was a 5000 sq ft home full of furniture, and I wanted the most accurate estimate possible. I asked multiple times for an in-person estimate, but my requests were declined. By moving day, I had sold two-bedroom sets and several other large pieces of furniture that were included in the original estimate. Even with significantly fewer items to move, the final price was more than double the original estimate. On the day of the move, I somehow went from needing two trucks, as stated in the estimate, to four. And from 9 to 17 total man hours. At the end of a long day, my husband just wanted them gone, so he reluctantly paid the bill before they could log anymore hours. When I called to discuss the bill, Firehouse claimed I had verbally approved the additional associated costs over the phone, citing a recording, which was completely false. I have asked multiple times for this recording, but I have not received it. That was not a small miscalculation. Our move was grossly underestimated. This whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Stay away.

My sister and I were planning a bachelorette party for a friend and spent countless hours…read moreresearching affordable yet reliable party bus rentals. Crystal Limousines provided the perfect experience and a really good price compared to all the other places we checked. We had 13 girls but there was PLENTY of space for more and had an absolute blast!!! Our driver, Gary, was sooo nice and super laid back and never made us feel like we were being annoying (considering it was a rambunctious bachelorette party haha). The bus was very clean and had cool club lights and a good sound system too. Plus there were no hidden fees which a lot of other places did have. I would for sure recommend them because we didn't have any issues throughout the booking process or the actual party bus ride and they were affordable, clean and professional!

He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!!
