They sell propane, and have a good dump station with a hose, and also have a free tire air pump. The security is much better than many lots, with an 8' solid fence all around, and a passcode required to get thru the gates -- in and out. (There are a few of the outdoor spaces that are muddy in a rainy time, but 95% of them are high and dry. I asked to change spaces due to mud, and the onsite staff was very helpful.)

Glen was kind and accommodating. He answered questions honestly. However, getting into this place…read morewas a nightmare. Narrow dirt roads that were washed out in low points on this trail. Passing by truckers working on their trucks on the way to parking. When there, campers and boats were backed in no apparent order and room to maneuver was sorely lacking. This was right off 380 east of Denton on the busy part of the highway. Signage to the facility from Denton was absent; I was lucky that I drove out to find it first without my RV. I drove right past it. Turning in was another nightmare. Turning out . . . Same. I would prefer to have a complete and secure facility too. I know he said there hasn't been problems with theft, but that could change tomorrow. I found a place for less that checks all the boxes for my piece (peace) of mind.

The driver of the black…read moredually pulling a red trailer today 8-4-2025 ran a car off the road when merging onto the DNT today around 12:30 CST. They were going west bound on the George Bush, and took the exit for the North bound DNT and when merging onto the DNT they ran some poor lady off into the median and she nearly hit a wall. I was behind them and watched it. 2-3 minutes later the same driver changed lanes on top of me like I wasn't there and forced me to hit my brakes, and swerve into another lane to avoid getting hit. Then they exited for the Sam Rayburn tollway. Driver should be fired. If they worked for me I'd fire them today. Your company will get sued into oblivion when that driver kills someone. I called to talk to someone and was on hold for about 5 minutes and then dumped into voicemail.
