Passing by truckers working on their trucks on the way to parking. When there, campers and boats were backed in no apparent order and room to maneuver was sorely lacking. This was right off 380 east of Denton on the busy part of the highway. Signage to the facility from Denton was absent; I was lucky that I drove out to find it first without my RV. I drove right past it. Turning in was another nightmare. Turning out . . . Same. I would prefer to have a complete and secure facility too. I know he said there hasn't been problems with theft, but that could change tomorrow. I found a place for less that checks all the boxes for my piece (peace) of mind.

Nice 8ft deep clean and fresh and cool swimming pool, and yes I took a refreshing dip in it. PS, there's a net to skim the leaves . I am a local (Irving Tx) camper with a travel trailer and I thought I would check it out midweek and i really liked it, nice neighbors, got some "honey-Do's" done, and chilled out. There is a train track bordering the property but, the train conductors only tap on the horn when passing by, rather than laying on it as i have seen elsewhere.

Postage is messed up where your package can show up on someone else's camper step. They do not have a coax splitter ran to each sight. If your looking to pay a ridiculous $700.00 in the middle of the city next to a scrap yard and loud highway sign your self up. I've got to deal with it so join the party! The positives are that the property it's self is very beautiful as well as the community. The residents are super respectful and nice. Very disappointed and it's only the first month. Hopefully time will change my mind!

Our dog enjoyed the open field for walks and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. I can't say enough of the friendliness and kindness of the manager Teressa. The park is very quiet and clean. However, when we pulled into the park, we were met with a much different view. A gravel lot situated between several mobile homes is where RV's were parked. No trees, no grass, and no lake access. Besides several run down mobile homes, there was a run down building, presumably the office and laundry facilities. We did not stay here, nor have a reservation. We drove through to check it out because we were looking for a place to stay in our 5th wheel for several months. I definitely would not have felt safe or happy to stay there.
