Once I got my car somewhat washed I open the doors to find the blue soap/wax residue in all on my doors. It was so poorly rinsed off that I still had it all over my roof! Now I'm no scientist but when you go through a spray car wash its should spray the water in those places where the soap got sprayed. I am currently on my way to another car wash. Please keep in mind that my car was not at the point where the dirt falls off of it. It was simply dusty. Oh and good luck with trying to figure out who works there, because nobody has nametags or special T-shirts jackets or pants. And the employees were on their phones as I watched two cars leave without getting all of their windows cleaned. They only got one window cleaned... I bet for the prices they can only afford to have one window cleaned.

This usually indicates the underground tanks are low or the filters are clogged. I filled up today. I started the pump and went inside to hit the restroom. When I came out, I pulled the nozzle out of my truck and it was STILL RUNNING! When a pump runs that slow, you can't hear the gas flowing, not to mention, it SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN FULL. This is not the first time the pumps were slow. Fix your pumps.

The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!

Everyone was friendly, the process was smooth and prices competitive with other drop in oil change garages. However, when I got my car back I was told the inspection was good. Then I noticed they gave me a sticker that added 20,000 miles to my odometer and they report that to carfax....they changed it in their computer but not on the carfax report. Which means if I want to sell my car, someone might think I adjusted the odometer. Then at home once I parked overnight I noticed a huge oil puddle under my car. It appears they may have damaged an oil ring or did not properly cap the oil and it was leaking out. I took it back and they were very nice about fixing it. But I shouldn't have had to go back twice for these issues.

They even gave me a rundown on all the items they checked during my visit which not many locations have done in my experience. I'm sure the others have done the checks but it was nice to hear that everything was good. Most importantly for me, this location recommends accurate oil change intervals based off mileage. The past 3 or 4 Grease Monkeys I've gone to have recommended an oil change every 3,000 miles for full synthetic oil which is absolutely wrong. This location recommended the accurate 7,000 mile interval. Thank you, crew! I will be back!
