This Loaf 'n Jug is on my way to work, so if I haven't done the responsible thing and filled my car up the night before, I am stuck coming here in the morning. Somehow every single time I am here most of the pumps have yellow bags over them and are out of fuel. I can understand if this happens once....maybe twice, but it is seemingly every time. This last time I drove around almost the whole pump station before I found one that was available and in good working order. I always like to pay inside as I do not trust the pay-at-the-pump credit card machine. I went in and the attendant was very pleasant. She did inform us though that they no longer are teaming up with King Soopers/Kroger to give discounts on fuel. She instead offered their new SmartPay Rewards card which is free. It allows users to save just 10 cents a gallon. I took the rewards card so I could look into the details when I got home. Once home, I downloaded their free app and started signing up so I could save the 10 cents. I have never had a free app or any app for that matter be so nosey! It was like trying to take out a mortgage with the information they wanted! Here is the information they want just so you can "save" a measly 10 cents: 1. Your driver's license number 2. Your bank routing number 3. Your bank account number 4. The last 4 digits of your SSN! Um....no thank you! "Saving" 10 cents a gallon literally is only saving me $1.40 when I fill up my 14-gallon tank. On the bright side, the store is clean and they always have a good variety of snacks. I loved seeing they had All Pink Starburst! If you are in a pinch and they actually have fuel here, it is right off of the highway, but if you can wait a few miles and go elsewhere, I would do that. read more

I went in on a hot day just to get some water bc I was really thirsty. Otherwise, I frequent this store to purchase various items 2-3 times a week, but in Sunday, June 30th at 5:00 pm a guy clerk had a real attitude right when I walked in the door and smile, e frowned and looked at the ground. I wanted to say, "if you don't like your job, why don't you change jobs instead of judging others and looking down on them for being human. I proceeded to get water and then he spoke out loud and said "your dog is digging through our food" and I thought, what a weird thing to say, like my dog was putting his feet in the food and I think the food is protected by outside influences, but "digging" seemed like a weird way of putting it. So I stopped by to fill gas on my way home and the pump didn't want to except my card. So I walk in and the cashier was on their phone obnoxiously load talking to someone so i got there attention and had to wait for them to get off the phone. To tell them that the pump is acting stupid it won't take my card and to witch the cashier replied "na you just stupid" I was surprised that this is how loaf 'N Jug trains there employees to handle customers. To then the employee continued to say "you come in here telling me my pump is stupid na you are rude and stupid" this is the worst customer service I've ever had, Loaf 'N Jug will never get my or my family's business ever again I don't know how people come to this gas station with employees like (Ireal) that I delt with tonight. read more

We have been to this Loaf 'N Jug so many times, eversince Hubs works near to this vicinity. The recent visit to this Gas Station which I could recall was on Saturday September 15th 2012. From water, coffee and other beverages such as Energy Drinks, including snacks, many many snacks purchases. I like going here coz for one, you can key in your King Soopers card and you get discounted purchases for Gas. SCORE!! From their official website Loaf 'N Jug, you can purchase discounted items, Daily Specials and Weekly Specials. "DOUBLE SCORE"!!! Inside, there is an ATM machine once you enter on the Left Wing of this Loaf 'N Jug. On the right wing of this Gas Station, the beverage aisle of refrigerated items. There is also a seating/dining area in case you want to dine in or drink your coffee or beverage, just about on the left wing of this Loaf 'N Jug. The people behind the counter is always inviting and welcoming. All in all, though its just a Gas Station, I like going to this Loaf 'N Jug whenever we are in this neighborhood. This Loaf 'N Jug is always kept clean and all the items are stock up regularly. There is also a carwash and RedBox DVD Rental at this Loaf 'N Jug. I pumped my gas, tried to buy a car wash, ended up going inside to buy my code. The employee working the counter handed me one and I went around to use it. Code didn't work, I tried it 3 times. Ended up buying another car wash and called the store while waiting my turn around back. She said to come in and she'd give me a payout - seemed pretty straight to me. When I went to pick up the $10, I was met with this while waiting in line - her: "that's impossible, that can't happen." me: I tried the code three times. "Not possible." Are you saying that I'm lying to you? "Yes." You really think I'm making this up to get a free carwash? "Yes." Who takes the hit for this $10? "I do." I'm not trying to take you for $10. Keep it... And I walked out. This was on 10/19/19 at ~3pm. That employee needs to learn how to communicate with customers when things get dicey - and this wasn't really a dicey situation. I'd bet $10 that she'll remember the customer that "tried to steal a carwash". Being a business owner myself, reply here letting me know management got this and I'll change the rating here. read more

Very poor customer service and this is allowed by the manager. If you express that the customer service is poor you are told "if you don't like it leave". Poor managements and mean employees. Get your gas at 7-11 a block away. The store is cleaner too. read more

I was in the store two different times. Once was on 11/7 around 11am and a very large unfriendly man rang me out and he was just not nice at all. Not approachable or anything. I believe his nametag said Mike. I then had to come back again the evening of 11/11 and the girl behind the counter-I believe her nametag said Shyanne or something like that-when I went to pay for my items the smell on her was awful. It smelled like the bathroom door was left open or something? I know that's harsh, but its true. I think the hand sanitizer she kept putting on she was trying to mask the smell, but it made it worse and made me not want to come back. She also talks a lot, which isn't a huge issue, but I don't need her life story when buying my energy drinks and other products in the store. Somethings got to give in that store because I know that some really good employees work there. read more

Someone needs to talk to your employee Tawny kicked me out for not having a mask on. Left my mask at home, maintained social distancing from anyone in the store, and was told to get the hell out after saying ok about wearing a mask next time I came in. Then she started yelling at the next guy who walked it Your worker is stressed out and if she's high risk she shouldn't be working there. Get her some help, before you continue to lose sales. I really enjoy this little, big neighbor hood place. They keep the window cleaner and towels stocked up so I can debug my windshield. I get a little price break at the pump just because I have a King Sooper card, even more if I actually use the King Sooper card. The clerks are always friendly and they are open 24/7. They also have a pretty decent sandwich collection if you're in a pinch for lunch! read more

Clean store and nice staff. No complaints. Went in and bought my items and left... always in record time, no waiting. Horrible service the people there have attitude I got three taquitos the price said 159 and then when I went to check out I had three and the guy said the price is 299 and I only have three dollors then I told him it's OK put it back and he was refusing and then he said you know you saw the price why would you do that why would you get something extra you don't have money for I told him just put it back I don't need it no more throw it away and then a lady behind me she said I will pay for it the guy said no the cashier said no he took the Taquito and he threw it away in the garbage and he told me get out of the store and I didn't do anything he's just rude rude service over there not recommended read more

I have filed a complaint with corporate offices for a violation of Americans with Disabilities Act. Despite having an ADA handicap placard displayed on my windshield, I was thrown out of the store without being given the chance to tell them I have medical advice to not wear a mask due to breathing difficulty. The cops were called, and I gladly waited so now there is a record of this incident before I file suit in US District court. read more

This place was super clean. When I stepped inside, the floors had just been freshly mopped. But it's just a gas station, so why am I giving it FIVE stars? Well, in the ladies room there was a giant box of tampons on the top shelf. How nice of them to think of ladies during their lady time. I mean, I didn't take any... but what if I'd needed one? The store and bathrooms were very clean, it was kept like a 5 star restaurant not a typical gas station! They have a large variety of food items so when I just need sugar or milk I can run over there and not have to go all the way to the store. read more
