Water wouldn't get warm enough and blow dryer was mildly warm as well. Decided since it's close by and only $10 which is a pretty normal dog wash price at a car wash to use the dog wash again...The next time was my last. Thankfully. Terrible parking spots to wash your dog. There was a car there when I got there and I had to park where the only way to get out was hitting my door on the brick wall, not a fan of that. The water was ICE COLD. The fan was not warm either. Given it's 90 degrees outside, it's not like the pipes were frozen. It gave me no receipt option which now I'm out of $10 with no proof of purchase to contact them. Both times I felt a bit weird that there was a ring camera installed in both stalls(which I truly understand it's for security, just odd). Last complaint is that the dog washes are so stuffy with a barely functioning door window. Not great even for a quick bath. Only good things I can say are nice it takes apply pay/tap. It's close to my house. That's it. But another place is worth the extra few minutes!

It doesn't necessarily look new but the equipment was in good shape and not worn. Since my car was filthy I needed to use the foam brush. The brush part looked brand new and did the job of cleaning all the gunk out from my car. At the beginning, I swiped my credit card and it only gave me about 7 minutes to complete the job. I kept going (with the foam brush) after the time had run out thinking that I'd swipe my card again to rinse the soap and spray clear coat protectant. Then this gentleman, all of a sudden, appeared in my stall with a nice smile on his face. Not only did he sprinkle salt in my stall (as it was a very cold day and there was ice in some parts of the concrete) so I wouldn't slip, he inserted more than enough quarters into the machinery so I could finish off my job! He said, "I'm the owner of this car wash." I was really shocked to see his kind and selfless gesture. He is not there to make profit; he's there to help people wash their cars by walking around with a bunch of quarters in his hands and pockets. I genuinely thanked him for his top nod customer service and care! This car wash place rocks!!

Other car washes charge double that amount. But also, I'm never in line for too long, and the car washes quickly, so I don't have to worry about being there for more than 15 minutes. The only drawback I've found is their limited hours; they close at 7 PM, which can be inconvenient for those with other commitments, as it may be difficult to get to the car wash before they close. There's one employee, a new guy named Vance, who is especially kind and always has a smile on his face while he guides you through the process. He does a thorough job scrubbing your car.
