I wanted something more than the usual quick vacuum and wipe down you get at most car washes, but didn't need some huge, expensive detailing package either. For $55, they did SUCH a good job! They were super thorough and got the inside of his 2019 VW nice and clean again, including all those little areas that usually get missed. I honestly couldn't believe how good it looked when they were done! I also love that I could just pull in and get it done without making an appointment days ahead of time. Exactly what I was hoping to find, especially for $55... we'll definitely be back!

The basic car wash was $8. Didn't need any more than that. Maybe I'll save it for a special occasion or a bigger car? The guy at the electronic payment kiosk was friendly and did a great job wiping down the equipment between customers because of the virus. The poor lady directing cars into the car wash gave me a ton of anxiety. I didn't know how to put my Nissan Leaf in neutral, so she kept banging on my windows and pointing to the sign. I wasn't about to roll down my windows when the car wash was starting. I couldn't do anything. Anyways, the car wash was quick and high quality, and it sounds like the line moves fast even on a busy day. I wish I'd brought some towels to dry my car, but slightly wet is better than dusty and dirty. I left feeling stressed but know it had nothing to do with the actual company.

I had been getting this fee for months after new owners took over. All of the sudden I am charged $24. The new owners have not honored the promise to keep the same monthly price for previous customers. They were affordable and the staff was friendly, so I stayed. Now... there is even more soap residue and a higher price. Good luck to this car wash, as it has changed hands many times over the years, but I'm cancelling today. 04.28.26

Add to that a super inconvenient last second reschedule that could easily have been avoided and next time I'll be trying one of the other countless detailing services all over Denver. Talk to the counter lady to get a pass for the car wash itself when I'm a member and no other car wash does that. And that's after you have to talk to somebody else when you first pull up.
