Location, Location, Location. This Circle K is located right off I-70. But it's a pain to get into and out of it. If all you need is gas this location will work. But if you need to go to the bathroom you'll want to practice your hovering technique and you'll want to have hand sanitizer with you to clean the ick up when you're done. If CDOT ever decides to widen I-70 I hope they expand the Eastbound lanes. If this property was taken by eminent domain and made into a new onramp for I-70 it would truly be a public service. Best bet? Go anywhere else but here. 1 Star. It deserves less. read more

Don't have many complaints about this place. Located near the entrance to 70, so it's an extremely convenient location. They also have a RedBox and car wash. I usually go here to fill up on gas because it's close and easy to hop on the freeway when I'm done. Usually, it's not too crowded, but when it is, it's a pain to wait because there's not much space and if you stay on the road, you block the entrance to 70-E. Another problem regarding logistics is they only have one entrance/exit. They have a section that looks like an exit but upon closer inspection you realize that it's not. Don't make that mistake or you might scrape the bottom of your car. It's a Shell gas station, so during the winter, they usually offer a buy one get one free pass for Loveland if you buy more than 10 gallons of gas. Right now, they're offering a Free Colorado Action Pass with a purchase of more than 10 gallons. The only thing I find annoying is if you use a credit card, they ask you multiple questions before you can actually start pumping. The Circle K has all the items you'd typically expect at a gas station store. Nothing too fancy, just the essentials... i.e. snacks, drinks, scratchers, etc. read more

Cashier extremely RUDE! Then I called to ask his name, or supervisor name, OR corporate number and he hung up on me, TWICE! Called again 5-minutes later to ask for the store number and the employee set the receiver on the counter. As a paying customer, who didn't even ask for anything but fuel and candy, I must say that their treatment of me while looking at my phones GPS was unacceptable! Apparently I can't stop or "hang out" there regardless of payment. No other pump was in use and I thought it was safer to use your cellphone while your vehicle is NOT in motion. I guess the circle k cashier knows something I don't! read more

A really hard Circle K to merge in from the highway, but once parking is found, there is a typical packed lobby with everyone doing the same that you're doing. They have an accessible bathroom and ATM. The whole time Mike, a cashier there, was messing with us. He was pretty funny, loud and playful. That was the only cool thing of this gas station, other than it being packed. read more

The gas pumps here are slow. There's never any windshield cleaner in the reservoirs, so you can't wash your windows. I'll drive a bit further and find a better place to refuel from now on. read more

This little gas market is filled with some delicious bites if you need some pre-road trip snack foods. They've got a full range of beef jerky and chips. I'm a huge fan of the chocolate offered here too. read more

I go to the circle K on 120th and Huron. I'm waiting in line to make my purchase and the lady behind the counter had an verbal altercation with an asian man early...her quote to the man in front of me "Well, I don't like slant-eyes or towel-heads...I'm pretty direct". I got up, threw my stuff on the counter she said "how can I help you". "Well, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere...my daughter is chinese you a**hole". The guy at the counter who was laughing a few seconds early says "I'm sorry" and the lady starts to say "I'm sorry" as I walk out the door. I mean seriously, do they really still make people like this? So I whole-heartedly recommend you give them none of your business. read more

If there was an option that I could give this Circle K location a zero or negative rating, I would. My mother and I were passing through the Denver Metro Area mid-afternoon on our drive cross-country with a truck of my grandmother's old posessions she no longer has room for and has given away to us. So after we ate lunch nearby, we stopped here at this Circle K/Shell to fill up on gas. I was first in line behind this woman who was preparing to pull away from the gas pump and the manager, Mike, comes out and from the start acts physically threatening and verbally abusive towards my mother. He yelled at us repeatedly to pull around to the other side of the pumps, not once asking us politely, because his reason is that we were blocking other vehicles from coming in. The reasoning is absolute bull because 1) There were plenty of other pumps that people could pull up to and wait in line for, and 2) It's not my fault nor responsibility other drivers are impatient and breaking the law of blocking the intersection to begin with. And when I pulled up to the pump with my mother, the pick-up driver at the pump in front of us refused to move despite the fact he had been finished fueling. Why couldn't Mike ask him to move so my mother and I could pull all the way in? So after I began finally filling up the truck with gas, Mike shuts it off in the middle of the fill up, so I go into the store, and he yells at me that he shut off the pump and that my mother and I need to leave, as he is refusing to continue service for us. I tried being civil with him but he continued to verbally abuse me and threatened to call the police on me and my mother if we did not leave. I tried filing a complaint to Circle K's corporate office, but one answered, so I'm gonna have to e-mail them and try calling again on Monday. Will not be doing business with that Circle K location next time I'm in Denver, let alone in general if corporate does not help solve the issue, despite Circle K's pledges for great customer service. Update: I finally got a hold of Circle K's corporate office a few days for the region Colorado is in for their franchises rather quickly once I got a quick acknowledgement after sending the complaint to their Facebook page after multiple attempts to reach them over the phone. They apologized for all the inconveniences and made me aware that this was at least the third complaint against Mike for unruly conduct, and that the morning of them getting back to me (which I hope is true) that his employment had been terminated. Thank you Circle K for finally getting back to us and helping to resolve the issue. read more
