Even the corn tortillas are vegetarian. The flour tortillas are not, but they are made FRESH on site. I have found that I have come to love their "Big as yo face" burritos smothered in the Ranchero Sauce. The Ranchero Sauce is a milder sauce, but I like the flavor, and I just bring some of my own Ghost Pepper Powder to sprinkle on, and perk it up to standards! I love that I can eat Mexican rice and beans again and not worry about lard, or chicken broth, but with the SAME EXCELLENT flavor. Chuy's has become the only burrito I actually crave.
