We started with a couple of tasty Big Tex Margaritas made with Cuervo tradicional silver, orange liqueur, fresh squeezed citrus. Lunch included fresh guacamole with crispy warm chips, baked Chile Rellenos, carnitas tacos with a side of rice and black beans. The Rellenos were topped with spicy green chili sauce and were delicious. The tacos were a bit dry but better with picante sauce. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we'll be back.

Fresh, hot, crisp, and flavorful. The tortilla soup was fantastic. They have a great verity of Margaritas and the atmosphere is open and with a modern Mexican restaurant vibe. The service was a bit off, maybe that contributes to their lower overall average review. They are pretty busy and prob rely on CU for a lot of their staff, so have a bit of patience and you may enjoy a decent meal.

Food was tasty and portion size was good. Our server was friendly. We had a larger group of 8-10 of us that came in for a late lunch. Would go back again in the future. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered.

I had to walk around and try to find him, then I went up to the host stand and asked them to find our waiter so we could order food. My date and i both knew what we wanted for dinner. The wait time for food was very short but everything tasted incredibly fresh and hot. El charros in ville platte, la has finally toppled from their reign as best steak fajita ever. I could go on and on but yall get the level of satisfaction from the 5 stars. Thanks Chuys. Ill definitely be back.

I hadn't been to a Chuy's in 10 years, until I went last night…read more The service was great! No complaints there. And the ambiance was also nice, and fun. Good music! I remembered it as "elevated Taco Bell" -- and to be honest, I feel like that is the perfect way to describe it. And I really don't mean that to be shady-- I love Taco Bell! There is just simply a big difference between Chuy's, and Las Delicias and/or Los Arcos. The food was good, and the drinks were also tasty! We got shared the appetizer plate (combo?) and the enchiladas with New Mexico green chili. The green chili didn't feel like the authentic kind that I'm used to. So, I really don't have any problem with Chuy's. I'd just say that yes, it is truly "Tex Mex" ... and not authentic Mexican. I'll see y'all again, hopefully before 10 years from now, ha!
