Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). I would recommend this terrific company confidently without reservation. I will plan to use them for maintenance going forward and especially when my unit needs replacing down the road.

They sent a service window during which they will show up…read more After the service window has ended they tell you it's gonna be another sixty or so minutes because the guy has to drive to get there. This shows pour route planning. Service technician does his work, provides a quote for additional work and asks us to call the office to schedule. We called the office. The phone is answered by an AI agent; which, while somewhat life like, ultimately can't cope with humanity. Suffer through the automated agent and get the services scheduled. AA service then sends a quote which is $150 more than what was provided by the technician. Other than the price, there is no difference between the "provided by the technician and the "email today. The description of the services is identical.. Call the office. Interacted with AI agent. After wasting my life going back-and-forth with a piece of poorly working technology, it tells me I will have to call back later. It doesn't resolve the issue. It just frustrates the customers. Allegedly, we are a preferred customer because we signed up to pay them X dollars a month for maintenance services and priority on other services. The technician who did the initial work was pleasant and appeared competent. Everything else about this company is infuriating.

We have a tri-level home and twenty years ago we had an addition done. At that time we asked to have two units be put in, one for the upper floor and an other for the lower floor. We were told that this was not necessary and that we would be fine with the current one system design. Well, needless to say, there were parts of the house the had a 10-12 degree difference. Everyone that we brought in to help us with the problem would tell us that it is to late now unless we want to take down our walls and run new ductwork. This review is loooong overdue but I just came across my notes on this fiasco so better late than…read morenever. In May of 2022 I contacted Elite hvac because my AC was not working. The first day (Wed) Frank showed up but he was not able to fix it so he said he could come back the next day. He came back the next day (Thurs) hours after he said he would be there and he still couldn't fix it. He came back a third day (Fri) but he didn't even tell me when he arrived I just knew bc I saw he had set up his ladder and then after awhile I go check on him and he's gone, didn't tell me when he arrived and didn't tell me he was leaving. I called the company and they reached out to see where he was and he said he had left to another job but that he would come back and finish. Later this same day on Friday I get a text saying someone else was going to come the next morning. I had not been informed of this before the text so I was not able to be home as I had plans. Frank then texts me on Saturday saying he has all the parts he needs now and was heading over to fix it. I have no idea what he did that day as I was not home. Then I get a text Saturday night that Frank was going to come on Monday (again I never agreed to this date). So I wasn't there Monday but I know Frank did show up bc when I got home later that day my fuse box was out and he didn't even tell me! Luckily I don't recall my food or anything going bad even tho it was super hot out. That was Monday when the fuse box went out. Then on FRIDAY I get a text from Frank telling me that my AC should be up and running and that oh by the way my breaker tried. DAYS later he lets me know that my breaker tripped. So at this point it had been over 1 week since he started working on my AC and it was still not working. So then Wednesday (2 weeks after the initial appointment) they finally sent a different person, Raul. He got there on time and started everything from the beginning. He fixed it within minutes and even waited awhile to make sure it actually cooled. He also took my payment for the part that Frank had "fixed". I'm convinced I probably didn't even need the part but at this point they had been out there like 6 times so they probably didn't want to back track. Then five days later my AC stopped working again and this time the owner Juan was able to come out the next day and fix it quick. He said it was a loose wire. So all in all it took 3 weeks with Elite to get my AC working again. Glad Raul and Juan were able to fix it promptly the times they did go out instead of Frank but not a great overall experience on my end.

Finally two guys showed up, looked at it and wanted to come back since they had to order the parts (which is understandable). They sent a proposal for $865 just to replace two cartridges that cost $30. I found someone else instead to get it done for $229. And when their AI sent me a nudge about the proposal and I sent an update that I already took care of it, I got a response - "Thank you for your time. Unfortunately, we don't service your area." Hilarious.
