The food is great different types of pretzels the owners are nice. I never had a problem with them.

This place is just fabulous! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly face and guided towards the menu. The woman who took our order was as friendly as could be and made sure that we were taken care of while we were there. The waiting area was super cool and had some fun saddles for the kids to play on. They had plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your pretzels. I ordered the regular pretzel with nacho cheese. It was hands down the best pretzel that I've ever had. So soft, warm and buttery. Baked just right and the perfect amount of salt. I really could go on and on about this pretzel. Tetzel Prime is the cutest pretzel shop! We came in for a snack and loved the cute decor. While you wait for your pretzels or food, they have two saddle swings they you can sit on! It is cash only fyi! We got the cinnamon and sugar pretzel and a savory one (1/2 Cheese & 1/2 jalapeño pretzel). I personally liked the savory one better, especially with the jalapeño! Definitely try the pineapple ham. It is an extremely good even if you don't like pineapple pizza or ham! My friend believed it to be the best first bite he has ever had. The cashier woman was very friendly and had excellent recommendations. The restaurant itself was rather cozy with a cool tic tac toe table. Such a good spot! We stumbled upon this while checking out the world's largest things in town. They have all sorts of toppings to put on pretzels. I also loved that they make the pretzels when you order, so it's extremely fresh but factor in about 10-15 minutes to get your food. The people that work there are extremely nice and answer all your questions. Since they make the pretzels fresh, they can make any of the orders custom-made (so if there's something you don't want or something extra, that's no problem). TIP: They are cash only! So be prepared with some bills. (I didn't have cash on me so didn't get to enjoy but my friends absolutely loved their pretzels.) read more

Awesome! These pretzels are so fresh and delicious. We tried a cinnamon and sugar with icing dip. It was gone in about 2 minutes. Kids and adults loved it. They also have a play area for kids upstairs and saddles to ride on. Next time I was in the area I would probably eat one for dinner and dessert. read more

Such a fresh tasty pretzel in the cutest place. The pretzels smelled heavenly and the array of flavors they create for you range from the old standbys like cinnamon sugar to unique like dill with cream cheese & cheddar which I got! My husband got the plain pretzel with a side of cheddar cheese, he said a great idea would be beer cheese to dip in!! I bought another plain pretzel to take and eat later on. They put the toppings you choose on the pretzel fresh and melt the cheeses in the oven. I love pretzels and where I love you can get pretzels at mall food courts( like Auntie Anne's) but they're not as good as this place. Come for the friendly service and hospitality. They were seriously so nice. There looked to be a seating area up some stairs in the back. The place is super cute. If I lived closer I'd be here often! read more

We stumbled on this place on our way back from our Colorado/New Mexico Spring Break while following part of Route 66 back home to Indiana. My husband wanted to see the town with all the "big things".. our son and I thought he was silly but we did enjoy the stop. The town is small and clean and there are several little shops to check out. When we stopped it was after lunch time and we had lunch meat ready to make sandwiches in the car, but we walked past this place, and our son loves a good soft pretzel, so I decided to check out Yelp and see what this place was really about. I decided we should probably take another look and/or at least order a pretzel to see how good it was. You order at a walk up counter and the food is brought out to you when it is ready. There were lots of options for toppings, yes toppings, on a soft pretzel. We went with the chicken bacon ranch because it was so different and we wanted something like a meal. We just got one to share so we could try it. While we were waiting the boys took their turn on the swings made out of horse saddles- cute idea, and we found a table. I will have to say the toppings on a pretzel was a yummy treat and we wished we had something like that in our area. The pretzel was soft and warm and the melted cheese and generous toppings were done well. There were so many toppings it was hard to tell really what the pretzel tasted like, so we ordered a plain on for the road. The price was reasonable compared to what we might pay at home for a fresh made pretzel. The plain with salt was $5, ones with toppings I believe he said don't go above $9.. and unless I was really hungry, I don't know if I could finish a whole one with toppings by myself. Do take note, they only take cash here so plan ahead if you want to enjoy this little gem of a place. read more
