My parents live in Georgetown, and somehow in all the times I've visited this gem never came up…read more You have to purposely go to this place. You won't accidentally stumble upon it. But it is absolutely worth your time to head out. If you are even remotely close it would be to your benefit to make the trip (even from Chicago or Indy). During the winter they weren't serving food, but they encourage you to bring your own food. I picked up Sonny's Pizza which went really well with the beer and completes your in-town experience. The inside decor is comfortable and inviting with heaters at every table. You can tell that the outside space is likely buzzing all summer long and I am told the food is to die for. One day I hope to make the trek to put that to the test. Finally the beer. The bartender was a joy to talk to and was willing to let us sample any beer we wanted. He said that was because they don't offer flights. The OATS! #4 was as good of a sour as I've had anywhere else. We also took the time to try their two Mad Goat Coffee beers (In case you don't know that is a local coffee shop in Danville that is also worth the trek). The porter was like drinking a rich nitro cold brew. I don't typically drink porters, but this one is well worth the taste. Everything we tried was very good and they had everything from porters, IPAs, sours, ciders, and everything in between. So everyone should be able to find something they like. Seriously, though, if you aren't convinced yet just do yourself a favor and go.

This was a great place to hang out outdoors while sipping on some brews. Plenty of seating, games,…read moreand serene scenery. The service was friendly. We had a few beers which were good. We also grabbed a bite to eat at the food truck. Not a fan of the food, but the beer was good. We will be back someday I'm sure.
