Siwan ensured to explain every step and why certain things were required/recommended. These added details were the cherry on top of an already amazing experience! Honestly one of the best experiences I have had. I will definitely be taking my car back when additional services are needed!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

It's hard to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way they do. If you're looking for an auto repair shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Tito's Auto Care. At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

They didn't charge me anything to tell me that, they even filled up my tires with air!!! I previously took my car to another car shop and the other shop lied to me by telling me they "could" fix the issue but they wanted thousands for the work so I said I was going to get a second opinion and they charged me $150 for the "consultation " that took them only a few minutes to do since they use the computer to read out my car's computer issue list. So I made an appointment with S.A.P. AUTOMOTIVE GROUP ant they fitted me in the schedule the very next day. The young lady on the phone was very professional. She informed me that the charge would be $100 Dollars to do a consultation but at the end of my visit they did not charge me for something that was just a small computer check, they filled up my tires with air and that was very kind! I read all the reviews for them online and they were all positive. S.A.P. Automotive Group is an HONEST business, they really care about fixing your car issues and they will not ripped you off like many places do. Thank you S.A.P Automotive Group for being an honest, reliable and kind business. This is my new Car repair shop, I'm sending everyone I know to them for car repairs.

Trekked through the snow to get there about 30 minutes later and arrived to an empty parking lot and an empty lobby. Dave said it would take 2 hours for the oil change. He then tried to tell me that's normal for an oil change. He then started to talk down to me and speak to me disrespectfully when I was confused about that, having had most every oil change i've ever had take 30-40 minutes. For a company to promote someone so easily prone to disrespecting customers and someone so full of crap is a pure reflection of this entire store's attitude towards customer service. Do NOT give them your service unless you want to waste your time and support rude and disrespectful people.

We happened upon K&M almost a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the prices, the good location, and the demeanor of all the workers over that time. The problems (or possible ones) are generally explained in a way that fills in the gaps in your knowledge without making you seem stupid; it actually feels like they want to educate you instead of begrudgingly explaining enough to justify you opening your wallet (including different brands/qualities of a particular part). It's a good sign that they are so busy, so even though it's sometimes tough to wait a few days to get on their schedule, it's worth it. Even then, I had a problem with my brakes the other day, and Chris explained his theory over the phone, took it for a test drive(s), realized it could be a quick fix, and took care of it right away for less than I was expecting. Recommended, for sure.
