I went back to the store less than 30 minutes later to exchange it, but the owner refused because the box had been opened. There was no sign or notice anywhere saying they don't accept returns on opened items, so I felt completely blindsided. The toy wasn't damaged or played with, and it could have easily been resealed. Instead of working with me, they were inflexible and dismissive. This is not how you treat customers, especially parents buying toys for kids. Very disappointing experience.

This is a small shop that carries a good selection of anime figures and model kits. This store is literally in the cellar level right next to Tangram across the street! I mean how convenient is that to have something you're looking for literally a block away from you! Once I got here, the store was a little cramped, but that MORE than compensates the sheer amount of items, materials, and products this tiny but mighty store has. Singles cabinets on both sides of the front of the store filled with Magic The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and what I saw as vintage and rare Pokemon TCG cards, LOTS of tables at the back of the store for local tournaments and maybe card showcases, products somewhat fully stocked, and prices really close to TCGPlayer price! Somewhat confusing that you get a slashed price if you pay in cash (like I did), and a tiny bit disappointing that when I came, they only had mainly Pokemon TCG products from Pitch Black, but I won't let that drag down this store's rating because I came for the LOADED amount of bulk in their binders and singles they had for my deck! They had pretty much 90% of the singles and bulk that I needed for my deck; they might not have all of the Double Rares, Ultra Rares, and Illustration Rares that you need, but this definitely is a tiny gem that you should definitely stop at when you're in Flushing for basically everything TCG!!

This store helped buy off old Yu Gi oh cards for me, and bought most of my cards (all except the Unlimited edition ones, which they informed me didn't cost much) from me for 30-40% of the original price.
