This is new to 6 th ave midtown. I haven't been in this area in a few months and glad I noticed. There's an assortment of Japanese and other Asian items from candy to novelties. A dedicated onigiri fridge, drinks, yogurts, candy, all types of imported Japanese snacks and items. I couldn't shop how I wanted this visit but I'll return to rack up on non accessible items. I did grab shipped fruit sandwich for the first time and Chinese yogurt. Both delicious, I never thought I eat a whipped fruit sandwich. I grab the fresher ones from the back. The staff was accommodations best they can with utensils such as straw and spoon. There's sales sometimes too!

Dropped by on a whim just to check it out bc I saw a sign for fruit creme sandos and chicken sandos. I happened to see one last chicken sando for "sale" for $7 from $8. I bought it on a whim since it was made from cafe zaiya (at the actual store, it would prob be $9.50). The cashier was kind and asked if I wanted it microwaved. She heated it up for 1 minute and I'm glad she did. I gobbled it up. I would come here again for this sandwich. It's a large piece of chicken and bread was still good/bit chewy (good way). The cabbage slaw was minimal and the spicy mayo was good enough. The spicy wasn't spicy though so rest assured that it would be okay for people who can't tolerate! Nice treat in this expensive city!

Asian food mini mart. Was really excited to see it. Packed up on all my favs from Tokyo. Ramune, onigiri and cream cakes. Absolutely NOTHING was fresh. The cakes were stale and the onigiri was ROCK HARD. Once I broke the rice it was like styrofoam. The store is bright and aesthetically pleasing but someone needs to throw out all products and start over. Prepared foods should be fresh and the packaged foods should be within the expiration date.

Great selection of snacks and self-care. Particularly love the hot drink case and onigiri.

So if you've been to a Walgreens then you've been to Duane Reade. To be totally honest, I had no…read moreintention of coming in here, but I had been walking about 15 blocks, it was raining a little harder then I would like and I was looking to dry off for a minute. Once inside it was apparent that it was a part of the Walgreens family. The only thing that stood out is there is a ton of construction on the building outside, so it isn't super obvious what is located here. Once I was inside here and I started to look around a little bit I came across an umbrella and poncho station that had some reasonable prices. AN umbrella for $6.99 isn't bad. I'll buy this and get back on my rainy journey. Once outside it was pretty obvious why it was only $6.99...it is broken. I was able to get it open, but it took some work. Overall for the price it worked fine and got me out of my rainy jam. If I was in the area I'd go back in here again.

Literally one of the worst pharmacies you can go to…read more Communicated with this pharmacy both as a patient and healthcare provider office. Never send any information to your doctor but assure you that they do. Making preauthorisation process for a medications a disaster by not using the systems all other pharmacies using. As a patient trying to get a medication , you always have to wait , some of the staff is not trained and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Was told to wait 15 minutes , waited for 30 , when i came to ask about my medication, the other pharmacy staff member told me that he knows nothing about it and no one even started preparing it. "You want to leave or wait for your medication"? Not a sorry for the wait or inconvenience they don't really care. It is a great place if you want to loose an hour trying to get 1 medication that been prescribed a week ago and speak with rude untrained staff.
