Instead of being welcoming and helpful, he essentially told me that I already had enough items and didn't need to buy more. I love supporting small businesses and always try to shop locally, but customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I bought two baby doll strollers for them under 3 weeks ago ($79.99 and $59.99). My daughters are 2.5 and play with them in the house with light baby dolls. They put some plastic toy food in the bottom basket but nothing heavy. One of the strollers broke already, seems ripped. I brought it back to show the owner and he was not nice at all. He asked me how long I expect toys to last and my reply was that for a high quality stroller, more than 3 weeks. He continued to tell me how his grandson flew a toy plane into a wall and after a week and he had to buy a new one for him. He tried offering me a 20$ cheap stroller that is on Amazon for even less. In the future I will buy online where you receive better exchange/ return policy's. Photos so you can tell the stroller is lightly used and brand new. Hope no one else has to have an experience like this one.

Not only have they been a fabric of the community but they always show their commitment to Mineola through their participation in Village events. If you can think of it.... You'll find it here. Depending what you're looking for will determine who you speak with. There is value shopping in a store that understands your needs and advices you accordingly. I shopped there for 7 years, in those 7 years I have had employees forget to ring up half my order where I had to make sure I paid afterwards because the staff was so incompetant, A covers for DC comics floppies (typically 3.99 at the time)were being charged to me as 1 in 25 incentive variant prices (like $24.99), I was charged for products i didn't purchase, and was treated like shit, either because it was me, because I expected people to take pride in their work, or because I was Albanian, or handicapped. If you must go to comicbook store, go anywhere but there. Anyone that tells you different has probably eaten boxes full of Lead Paint chips cereal.
