This store, attached to an auto repair shop, is liking stepping back in time! Although small, this nostalgic candy and toy shop is packed with retro items of a different generation. Too bad the prices don't reflect the past, but that's ok! The man at the front who helped me was friendly and not pushy, which I appreciate. If you haven't been there yet, do yourself a favor and check it out... and get yourself a nostalgic treat!

Next thing you know I've been shopping there for years, I collect mostly 80s90s era stuff and they have a lot of that. But they do also have new comics and older/pricier stuff (key issues/gold or silver age I guess its called). You cant be afraid to dig to find what you're looking for, I've seen the owner help new customers find obscure stuff all the time so I dont get why people say they have a limited selection. Also I took my exgf there and she looked around then left because she didnt see The Walking Dead comics, then I asked Rich and he showed me a bunch of TWD comics!!! This comic store most resembles the ones from my childhood, small and humble from the outside but lots of great stuff inside and friendly atmosphere.

my favorite store is back open so happy! i always find great deals here…read more with new social distancing guidelines they limit amount of people allowed inside, while waiting outside a staff member or two would come out offerering some water bottles which i thought was a nice gesture, after all people were baking in the sun a bit. dressing rooms are currently not opened (unsure when they will reopen) so i decided to be that girl and the few shirts i tried on i tried on over my shirt i was currently wearing because i was unaware of a return policy at that moment. the register line is long but its normal for tjmaxx/ marshalls so i didnt mind the wait we now all have this extra patience waiting on lines i never mind them and neither did everyone else at this point. i made sure i browsed all areas of the store to crosscheck myself. once online there was about a 10-15 minute wait. they have less registers open about 4 and they are spaced out with large dividers. there was one associate delegating which register was next. when i was checking out i asked the cashier what the return policy was on clothing especially bc fitting rooms are not available the gentleman said its the same 30 day return policy as it was prior to closing. it was music to my ears! huge sigh of relief but lucky for me i did my semi-try overs already :)
