Savage Motor Sportz just charged him almost what we spent for his electric kick scooter just to put one tire on! We had spent $350 on that scooter last year but after a few tire punctures so recently bought solid tires for it. My husband had trouble putting one of them on so we brought it here and were told when we had to leave it there that the cost is usually $40. When he got a ride to pick it back up today, they charged him $280 +tax!! Any holiday money we had this year has now been spent to put one tire on!

I brought my sons go kart in for repairs and after taking a look at it and trying everything it was becoming clear that to repair this go kart (which was purchased elsewhere) I would have to buy a new engine. They were very honest and upfront about everything, after discussion and research on my part, they offered to take the go kart for parts and charged me nothing. Now mind you a lot of work went into it before this decision was made, and they still made the offer because they didn't feel comfortable allowing my son to drive it. Nowadays customer service is mostly non existent but at savage they put you first and are willing to work with you so that you leave happy and safe.

Told me what I needed to do before it was worth tuning, got it on the low fast & it worked. They dialed in the new Holley Ignition kit, Integrated weatherproof fuses for the terminator x ecu / efans, relays, & fixed all the bugs I had left over from that install. Deleted the MAF & ugly a** neon blue couplers, tuned & dyno'd. All just beautifully done after I butchered the wiring. Before the tune it was a chaotic driving experience. Idle surging, stalling out, running rich, not start at all & now it's an easy day to day cruiser. I now trust my "Sunday car" more than my daily. Truly a major difference. Always kept in contact, sent me pictures w/o me having to ask that got me SO STOKED, and had the sickest cars around his shop. I honestly can't wait to come back. They were awesome guys. This place (although small) had a good selection brands, a excellent variety of parts, and impeccable service with knowledgeable staff. Many of their brands range from Innovate Motorsport products all the way to Skunk2. I ended up leaving with a new Datum1 rear tow hook in the specific color I was looking for. The price came out to just over $50, which is about the same as any other website with shipping. On top of that, I'd much rather see the product and buy from local stores.

There are a few parts of the center that are beginning to wear down, so I hope they continue to repair it instead of let it fall apart.
