This was our first time charging at this location, and it instantly became one of my favorites. There are several eateries around, plus Bravo Farms is right next door with clean restrooms, a big gas station, and plenty to explore. While waiting to charge, you can wander around Bravo Farms and check out their excellent cheese selection, grab some fresh fudge, or browse their cute little shop. It's always a huge plus when you don't have to just sit in your car and stare at the charger. We also discovered an excellent hole-in-the-wall Mexican fast-food spot nearby if you want a quick bite. Overall, super convenient, clean, and one of the better Supercharger stops we've had on a long drive. Highly recommend this one!

So while you charge, you can go recharge (or DE-charge, if you need to). The charging terminals are ultra fast (350kW), so you won't be there forever. This place has I think two or three different voltage charging rates for the Tesla cars. It also has an indoor space (must use your app to unlock the doors) with restrooms, vending machines, and a few tables and free wifi to recharge you as much as your car. All charging spots seemed to be in good service and did not require repair, unlike other Supercharger locations. On the "could be improved" side: 1. I didn't see any windshield wiping supplies, as someone else had mentioned. 2. There's also not too much within walking distance other than a Starbucks. There's a bigger center across a busy street/cross section (i.e., the main road right off the freeway). 3. While I appreciate the frequent cleaning, the smell of disinfectant was so overpowering that it was hard to eat in the main lounge area. This is something that would have upset my dad, who is sensitive to smell. My mom had to step out of the lounge.

And no running water I could find. I'd have liked to wipe away the bugs. We also managed to get a meal in at the Harris restaurant nearby. Usually it's a long wait, but took only 15 minutes. Great meal although a bit of a splurge. I won't avoid this place anymore. Again, they invested. Befits the Tesla brand. I still prefer to recharge at Kettleman City, more variety, but this one also suffices.

A big plus is the self-service squeegee station for cleaning bug guts on your windshield. There are clean, well kept bathrooms at Harris Ranch Express BBQ as well as at the main restaurant which is only a quick 3min walk. A shuttle service is offered if you need one to get to the hotel or restaurant although I've never seen anyone call for it.
