I drove in from Visalia to have them upgrade the audio in my Toyota Corolla -- two 10" Kicker CompR subs, amp, and head unit -- and it was 100% worth the trip. The install was clean, wiring was tidy, and everything looked and sounded professional. They took their time tuning everything properly, and let me demo the system before I left. No clipping, no distortion -- just clean, powerful bass that hit hard without sacrificing clarity. The CompRs came alive and the sound was way more than I expected. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and care about getting it done right. If you're serious about getting your system dialed in, Bass Mekanics is the spot. Highly recommend!

Came here based on strong reviews, but the experience didn't line up. I called ahead, explained my…read morecar, its features, and my $1,200 budget -- was told that could cover a head unit and sub install. But in person, just the head unit install was quoted close to $1,000. There was no real selection to choose from -- just parts pulled up on a computer with little input from me. While I was asking questions, the rep kept answering calls without asking them to hold, which made things feel rushed. They seem to do solid custom work, but if you're on a budget or want more control over your setup, this may not be the most approachable place. Felt more transactional than collaborative.

Not only did they have the mic, they even caught I had the initial wrong one. Good price, HONEST, and fast service. I got a chance to see some of the work they were doing in their shop and it looked amazing. They had one truck fired up and the sound was really good. You could tell that they really took the time to make sure their customers are satisfied, and that their work was above, and beyond what the average shop provides. I highly recommend this place as a former installer myself, this is a place I would bring my car too from Fresno. Great job guys !!!

I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I still owe them an awesome review for the suspension work they did on my son's car. Thank you Best Auto
