I brought my Fiat 500e in at 8am to have the front windshield replaced. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was told my car would be ready in a couple hours. I received a call my car was ready to pick up around 10am. I was impressed with quality of the work, and the quality of the replacement windshield. The price quoted was below what I was expecting to pay. If you need to replace a windshield take your car to this shop. On a side note the staff helps feed and manage feral cats in the area. If there were a 10 star review I would given that! I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler that needed a rear window, local dealer had none in stock. Chrysler Jeep in Bakersfield had one but wanted to charge me twice as much for the window and 5 times as much for the labor. Everything seemed fine until they sent two young guys to replace our windshield. We let the car sit for 24hrs as advised but the following day, we immediately saw that corners of our dash was ripped up! Not only that, the windshield was buzzing! We took it back the day we discovered the damage and improper seal. AutoGlass Central was fine to repair the buzzing but took no responsibility for the damage. Told us to see an upholstery company and that their manager would contact us, which they never did. AutoGlass has been very uncooperative which is disappointing because you choose small business for higher customer service. Two stars received for the improper install, poor communication, and property damage. Would not recommend this company. Save yourself from paying more than you bargained for and go through safelite. read more

Horrible service! Went in and payed for the order of a sunroof, was told it would be in and installed by Thurs. I didn't hear back from them so I called on Monday and was told " I called you on Friday and left a message" which is impossible because I don't have my voicemail set up. I ended up going in on Wed and was told no one was there to install the sunroof for me. Which was fine until the owner came out and started yelling at me saying You should have called before. Sir please take a second to consider all other options like politely asking your paying customer to come back before losing your cool. I ended up taking the sunroof and installing it myself, literally just six screws, less than 15 mins. . read more

This shop, while there are a lot of glass shops to pick through, is worth your time. I had a bear break my window in the national parks, they had it cleaned up and ready for an install immediately, got me in that day. Give these guys (and Tina, at the front, who is rad) a call next time you need a glass repair, almost half price compared to safelight and a lot of places I called. read more

Completely unprofessional. Took my brand new 2019 Chevy In to get a new front windshield. Noticed immediately 3 new scratches and my antenna was damaged. They have to remove the antenna in order to place the windshield on, whatever tool they used to remove it damaged it. When I took it back in the employee Randy said my antenna was spray painted. This is ridiculous considering my truck is brand new. Randy was not the employee that even worked on my truck so it's confusing to me why he felt the need to come out in the first place. He then went on to say I was "wasting his time" yet they are replacing my antenna and offered to detail and buff out the scratches. read more

Very unprofessional. Damaged my new truck. Then tried to convince me that my brand new truck was already scratched and damaged. I purchased my truck with 3 miles on it after I was the first person to test drive it. I was also informed that they didn't cover up my paint to prevent from being damaged. They sent out a guy named Randy that had nothing to do with my truck being damaged to try to convince me that my truck had been previously spray painted on my antenna that they damaged. Took my work car in at scheduled time, they left tiny shards of glass all over my dashboard, seats, and air vents. When I called, the old lady that works up front sarcastically responded "how would there be glass everywhere inside your car??" I said, "I don't know, I'm guessing that they busted out my old windshield and left tiny glass shards everywhere." She replied by stating that it never happens with any of the other vehicles they work on (calling me a liar?). I said that I wouldn't call to say that there was glass all over the inside of my work car, if there wasn't. She said they would identify the worker, and talk to him. The thing is, the old man (owner) was inspecting the work, as I arrived. I'd never take my personal vehicle to them. Now my eyes feel like they have sand in them. read more

Called many glass places, they quoted $210.00 for a driver door glass. Called Auto Glass Central and got it for $135.00. Hell of a deal! Hopefully I don't need their services again soon, but if I do I will Definitely use them again. read more

Second time in 10 years that I needed to replace the front windshield on my Honda Civic. It was easy to make an appointment, but not required. The price was better than many of the other glass shops in the area. The service was excellent and the best part was they were able to remove a parking sticker on my old windshield and put it on the new windshield, that was quite impressive.
