I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I know I had to get this fix right away before the summer months start and that glass expands and next thing you know I have a vein crack running along my windshield. Sad day to be writing such a review, but long overdue…read more Service is now completely degenerated. Owner marches to the beat of his own drum, does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. He showed up without permission, completed a glass replacement without our knowledge or permission, and was unreachable during the time frame. Once I had as able to reach him by phone he just gloated about how busy he is, and how we aren't the only customers. We then found out through other sources and from additional complaints, that he was using aftermarket glass, but being paid for the factory (OEM) price. Once we learned that, we found other jobs he had done fraudulently for us as well. SafeLite is now reviewing him as an affiliate; and my business and family have discontinued him as a vendor for us. He has gotten too big for his britches.
