From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The new glass looks perfect, and the car is as good as new. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair! Price was very reasonable.

Sad day to be writing such a review, but long overdue…read more Service is now completely degenerated. Owner marches to the beat of his own drum, does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. He showed up without permission, completed a glass replacement without our knowledge or permission, and was unreachable during the time frame. Once I had as able to reach him by phone he just gloated about how busy he is, and how we aren't the only customers. We then found out through other sources and from additional complaints, that he was using aftermarket glass, but being paid for the factory (OEM) price. Once we learned that, we found other jobs he had done fraudulently for us as well. SafeLite is now reviewing him as an affiliate; and my business and family have discontinued him as a vendor for us. He has gotten too big for his britches.

I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I still owe them an awesome review for the suspension work they did on my son's car. Thank you Best Auto

Do not have Jason (Jackson mobile auto glass) do any work for you…read more Jason lacks workmanship and attention to detail. Had Jason come out to the house to install a new windshield. The windshield is not sealed correctly. A lot of wind noise coming in through the cab. I contacted him about it and his response was," well you told me there was air leak before". Yes but the windshield was damaged and now has way more wind and noise coming in . I haven't heard from him. Also he scratched the paint on my fenders and cowl panels. Tried to contact him a second time and he has not responded. Also he didn't bring a ladder. Climbed up and down on my tires and running boards to do the job. When he couldn't get the cowl panels to click in correctly he would punch them down with force leaving a dent in the metal. Jason is not trustworthy nor honest businessman. I would not have any work done with Jackson mobile auto glass especially Jason.

They replaced my windshield and did a good job. Fast forward to last week, I was driving down the highway and a piece of molding around my windshield flew off. I contacted them and told them what happened. They had me bring it in right away. They looked at it and said they'd order a new piece from the dealership and call me when it was in. They also made sure the molding on the passenger side was attached securely before I left. They called me a few days later to let me know the part was in and I could come have it installed. I showed up the next day and they had it fixed within minutes. And here's the best part, they didn't charge me! They said it was warrantied! I didn't expect to pay nothing as it had been a year and a half since they installed the windshield. They stand behind their work! I won't go anywhere else!
