Awesome customer service from my first phone call! The free mobile repair service they offer really helped my schedule out. Total professionalism!!! They replaced a window regulator on one of my vehicles, just in time too. The rain we gotten recently would have been miserable to drive in with no driver window!!! Would highly recommend and may have some other estimates done by them in the near future. read more

A+++ customer service! Office staff and service people were all so kind! I took my car in here when I got a crack in my windshield back in August 2024. They replaced my windshield and did a good job. Fast forward to last week, I was driving down the highway and a piece of molding around my windshield flew off. I contacted them and told them what happened. They had me bring it in right away. They looked at it and said they'd order a new piece from the dealership and call me when it was in. They also made sure the molding on the passenger side was attached securely before I left. They called me a few days later to let me know the part was in and I could come have it installed. I showed up the next day and they had it fixed within minutes. And here's the best part, they didn't charge me! They said it was warrantied! I didn't expect to pay nothing as it had been a year and a half since they installed the windshield. They stand behind their work! I won't go anywhere else! read more

Amazing from talking the first time I talked to them on the phone. Friendly, professional. They are honest, fast very affordable. They charge me half of what I was previously quoted at a different company. read more

My windshield was hit by a rock that came from a big truck while traveling out of town. This was so upsetting, especially because it's the holiday season. But, really who wants to spend extra right before Christmas? Anyway, I called my AAA Insurance Company that quickly put in a claim and referred me to Kings County Glass in Hanford. Once receiving my claim, they called to make an appointment and offered me a ride home if needed once dropping off my car. Not only was I greeted with a friendly voice on the phone but when I showed up to my appointment everyone in the office was exceptionally friendly. When my car was ready for pick-up I was also offered to be picked up. This totally made my day stress-free! I highly recommend Kings County Glass to anyone needing their service. One happy customer! read more

Transparent (speaking about the windshield of my car made me giggle a bit at this word), professional and quick...I live 50 miles away so when I called I full on thought I would have to make an appointment for another day...I was told they had time right then if I could come so I did. I needed some rock chips filled in so knowing that my vehicle has a VERY expensive windshield I didn't ask for a quote because I knew that it would be cheaper than a new windshield so it didn't matter. She filled 3 and only charged me for 2...the price was economical and more than fair. All of that said, I recommend this business 100%, I will refer anyone that asks from now on...10 out of 10 from top to bottom. read more

Recommend KCG without any hesitation. A cracked home window was repaired with expertise. Repairmen Vird and Bruce will do right by you.

Shout out to Kings County Glass! I had to have a cracked windshield replaced while I was out of town for 3 weeks. When I got my car back, it was super noisy inside. I took it back to the guy, who checked it for leaks and said it was fine. After 3 weeks, I couldn't stand it anymore. I just dropped in at Kings County Glass in Hanford to ask their opinion. After carefully listening to my problem and how it came to be, a technician went for a ride with me, agreed there was a problem, and verified (see video) that I had 3 leaks! Not a lot of businesses are interested in fixing another business' mistake, but Kings County Glass was happy to help me on the spot, and for a very reasonable price. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgable, and you just get a good feeling when you walk in their shop (they are mobile too)! Thanks to Kings County Glass, I'm driving in peace and quiet again. Kings County Glass was hired by my property management company to replace all the windows in my home. They are soon to make a third trip to my home where I need to move my furniture and find a place for my animals. The first time they came out they didn't have all the windows. The second time they said they had everything but skipped one window. Now they are scheduled to come out again some time within an 8 hour time frame. If I had a choice I wouldn't choose a company that takes 3 tries to complete a job. read more

This past Tuesday, my dog broke the front window of my house (Fortunately, all he needed was some stitches). With regards to the window, it was pretty much shattered. I called KIngs County Glass as soon as they opened, and the customer service rep, Julie, was exceptionally helpful. She provided me a quote and said they would have a tech out to fix the window asap. Called for a quote on a repair for my windshield. Customer service is friendly over the phone and from the moment I walked in. Hospitality is great and their prices are great. Waited about 40 minutes which is average wait to allow resin to dry. Call and check if your insurances will cover your expenses. I decided to pay out of pocket because it was inexpensive and I didn't have to make a claim. read more
