A+++ customer service! Office staff and service people were all so kind! I took my car in here when I got a crack in my windshield back in August 2024. They replaced my windshield and did a good job. Fast forward to last week, I was driving down the highway and a piece of molding around my windshield flew off. I contacted them and told them what happened. They had me bring it in right away. They looked at it and said they'd order a new piece from the dealership and call me when it was in. They also made sure the molding on the passenger side was attached securely before I left. They called me a few days later to let me know the part was in and I could come have it installed. I showed up the next day and they had it fixed within minutes. And here's the best part, they didn't charge me! They said it was warrantied! I didn't expect to pay nothing as it had been a year and a half since they installed the windshield. Transparent (speaking about the windshield of my car made me giggle a bit at this word), professional and quick...I live 50 miles away so when I called I full on thought I would have to make an appointment for another day...I was told they had time right then if I could come so I did. I needed some rock chips filled in so knowing that my vehicle has a VERY expensive windshield I didn't ask for a quote because I knew that it would be cheaper than a new windshield so it didn't matter. Shout out to Kings County Glass! I had to have a cracked windshield replaced while I was out of town for 3 weeks. When I got my car back, it was super noisy inside. They are soon to make a third trip to my home where I need to move my furniture and find a place for my animals. The first time they came out they didn't have all the windows. The second time they said they had everything but skipped one window. Now they are scheduled to come out again some time within an 8 hour time frame.
