Very friendly, quoted a price that was very reasonable, cut it while we we there and then measured to make sure it would fit in our car so we could take it right then and not have to come back. Sierra Glass is Awesome, in addition to our glass replacement needs Robert truly is very helpful in taking care of what needed to be secured in the moment by fixing door latch to Garage & adding extra screws to keep everything closed and secured shut. He also added more screws to boarded up area in front of our back door too, these were just extra needs we had to take care of right now. I believe I talk to a guy name Rob he look back in he's shop for the bead and he had the piece I was looking for. I ask him how much and he said no charge. Customer Service, which is IMPORTAN in any business is just very very poor. They came and measured my window, during the time that wasn't scheduled and wasn't home. And when I called if they have a quote for me, I was told someone would call and inform me. I called 4 times for the quote and No One ever returned my call. I called them back couple days later and asked them if they were going to come out. I ordered a piece of glass from Sierra glass in Clovis, measuring 50" X 28" X 1/4" to place on the top of my new desk to protect it from scratches and wear & tear. The glass was delivered by a nice man. It was high quality glass at a fair price. Several times I've accidentally dropped or spilled things on my desk, certain that I broke it. We asked our kitchen renovation contractor for a recommendation to service our sliding glass and screen doors. We called, got an appt and the tech showed up on time. He pulled our screen and glass doors, serviced them both and they're both sliding like brand new. This was during a heat wave and he performed a very thorough job very quickly so we didn't have a huge hole allowing the outside heat and mosquitoes inside. I called on a Wednesday to set an appointment to Have several Windows replaced. They said they only come to Groveland on Thursdays and the next day was all booked so we set it for the following Thursday at 9:00 am. The following Thursday when no one had showed, I called them at 11:00 and they guy who answered said, "Oh, he changed that to tomorrow." I told him no one had called and he said "It's really hard when only two people are working instead of five." I told him it wasn't hard to make a phone call. I was referred to this company by sometime in my neighborhood on the Nextdoor app. I called the guy and made an appointment for a Wednesday morning. He never showed. I called him 10 mins after the missed appointment and he rescheduled me for Friday morning. He showed up, said he may have the part at his shop and would either be back Saturday or Monday. I didn't hear from him so I called him Thursday of that week. No answer and no return call now 3 days later. Daniel first came out to take precise measurements for the estimate. His measurements turned out to be perfect, and the estimate for all of the work was very fair. When Art and Carlos arrived with the new windows and glass, all of their work was expertly performed, and the new windows fit and work perfectly. This was a relatively affordable and very significant improvement to our house. Frank was also easy to work with on the phone. 2 AM, Saturday morning. Phone call: alarm at business going off, the front door had been smashed. I tried 6 "emergency" glass places with, no answer, before Robert answered on the second ring. He was out to our place in about 45 minutes and fitted the door with brand new glass, on-sight! No board up. Fully fixed in about an hour and a half. Just past midnight on the first of March oreilly auto parts in Selma got broken into, later that day we called sierra glass of Fresno and got an appointment set, we were told it would be about 4 hours before someone came to replace the glass door but it only took Robert about an hour to get here. Horrible customer service. Had a scheduled repair for a certain day within a 2 hour window. That time came and went and no repair man ever showed up. Called the office and kept being told that the repair man was running behind. Ended up having to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Repair man was supposed to be there by 10:00am. Never showed up. Called the office and was told that they had an "emergency " and they were running late. My Wife waited around all day for repair men to show up before she could leave to run errands. 4 and a half hours later, the guy finally showed up to fix our sliding glass window. I've had the pleasure of working with Sierra glass twice. My business has unfortunately ran into vandalism twice in the last 6months. Both incidents I called Sierra Glass for replacement. The first time was during my business work hours. He came in fixed the window and cleaned up the glass for me, which helped me a tremendously during my busy business hours servicing clients. I did not have the time to deal with the broken window and he took care if everything for me. He was fast responding, quick work and very nice. He gave me a reasonable price that didn't break my budget right during the holidays and before year end tax would be due for my business. This last incident my window got vandalized, I remembered how happy I was with his service, so I called Sierra again. This time it was during the weekend.
