I do not make it a practice to review businesses, but feel compelled because Brent went over and above expectations to help my elderly father who lives in a retirement community. My dad had a large heavy mirror leaning against the wall and his crazy cat knocked it over and broke the mirror. We had Brent go out and he measured, cut the glass mirror and brought it back to my dad all in 1 day. And as a bonus he put a backing on the mirror to prevent it from shattering AND secured it to the wall for my dad for safety. I have to give this place or person a one star for not returning a potential customer's call back for a job.I left a simple and polite message with what I was inquiring about for our bathroom remodel and not a courtesy call back. I had a sliding glass patio door that has been difficult to open for the past year and it finally got to the point where if I opened it I could barely get it closed again. I called Brent and he gave me an estimate over the phone. (Quite different than my bad experience with a local glass company that wanted to charge $100 to come out and give me an estimate, and could not even give me a ballpark estimate for completing the job.) When Brent came to fix the slider, he already had the parts and was finished in no time flat. This man knows glass! He's communicative, friendly, skilled, efficient, honest and fair priced. Some jerk broke a window at my over 50 yr old home on the 4th of July. I didnt notice until Friday afternoon and no window repair shop is open on Saturday.
