Contacted 2 other companies prior for comparison. One - inferior product and design and charged for visit. The other never followed through nor answered calls. This is the second time I used this company. The last time the shower door needed a small adjustment and they came right back. I highly recommend them. read more

I am happy with the shower door enclosure. At first I was skeptical because I have never had a frameless shower door. I was unsure about the function of the door. But now very happy, I am able to swing the door out or in, and the function is useful. I swing the door in so I can allow the shower to dry throughly. I wasn't too keen on the price, a little over priced I'd say. Also there was a little trouble getting the door sized. I had to wait an additional week for the actual door. That is why I did not give a 5, however the owner was in touch with me about the door. He did tell me he was going to get me a door stop to allow the door to just close. I am happy I just used the door first before restricting the movement of the door. The door does look great in my bathroom. read more

While removing old glass shower and before the new was installed the technician refused to completely remove the old mold. He said it was not necessary as the new sealant would be sufficient to keep the mold contained. Not! It has slowly seeped out requiring me to keep cleaning the black yuck under the clear sealant and where it seems out. Had a different company do same kind of job in a different house, but the mold was completely cleaned before new glass enclosure was installed and never had this problem. I completely dry the shower after every use. Again, in the other house nothing like this in the years lived there after the new glass enclosure was installed. read more

We remodeled our master bathroom last year during the pandemic and designed a larger shower. I got an amazing deal on a Fully Frameless Dream-line Shower Door from HOME DEPOT. However we could not use it because installer had problems due to the shower walls not being plumb. However we were able to return it to HOME DEPOT and received a full refund. Our only option now was to purchase a custom shower door that was double the cost from the one we had purchased previously. So we decided to wait after pandemic hoping maybe prices may go down. After reading a few positive reviews we decided to use Precision Shower Door. They did a great job from start to finish with my shower door and we are very pleased at the outcome and that our remodel is complete. Their installers were quick, polite, skilled and clean in their installation. We paid a little bit more than what we anticipated, however glass prices are a bit higher than usual. My wife and I are very happy with our new shower door, it's absolutely beautiful. But it was dealing with great people that made the entire experience so enjoyable. The quote was done on a Friday, I paid them half deposit that same day and the door was installed the following Friday!!! That's GREAT service! This company has the type of integrity that I like to work with, which is why I didn't go with anyone else. Just look at the pictures of our new door compared with our old door from Fresno Shower Door. Since our builder used Fresno Shower Door for installation in our brand new home 3 years ago, we naturally contacted them first. But when I contacted them, their customer service was horrible, it was non-existent. They wouldn't even look up my information from when they installed the original door through the builder!!! They couldn't schedule anyone to come out and measure it for weeks and gave me a half-ass quote without installation. They also wanted to charge me to come and measure the door (even though they have records of exactly what door they installed hundreds of times with my builder, based on our model.) Extremely satisfied. Precision Shower Door is very customer service oriented. Walked in and almost immediately Cameron got up from his desk and asked how he could help us. Fresno Shower Door treated as if we were an inconvenience to them. Not Cameron. We told Cameron we wanted a stationary panel on each side of the door. He showed us available hardware and glass. Gave him the dimensions of our door. Within a few minutes Cameron had an estimate prepared and set-up a time to come out to measure. He was able to order the door and get it installed it sooner than expected. His crew of three showed up on time. They covered all surfaces with moving blankets to protect vanity and flooring. The crew was courteous, professional, got right to work, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a good-looking installation. There was an issue with the height of the handle on the door. We discussed the height with Cameron, but he missed noting that measurement on the glass fabrication. We thought about turning the door upside down, but the handle would be too high by doing that. This was part of a bathroom remodel and they installed the mirror with 1 inch beveled edges carefully and professionally. They came when it was raining and made sure to place a moving blanket on the front doorstep to wipe their shoes before entering the house! They were very efficient and worked quickly. He answered my questions when asked about whether we needed brackets to hold the mirror up. He answered if we decide on the brackets to just let them know. I was warned about "Ray" (the owner) before but thought I'd give them a shot. Set up an appointment about a week and a half ago. Sent my contractor home so I can have the shower measured for Glass. On Ray's way out to our home he calls three times frantically... calling and hanging up... when I finally got the call he starts yelling at me about how we're outside of his work zone and he can't drive that far. Absolutely ridiculous. I called their shop...The woman who answered the phone was very apologetic... sounds like she knows Ray's crazy. Definitely confirm two/three times where you live... I scheduled an appointment on July 13th for an estimate to install a glass wall in my shower. I was given a window of 12-3 pm for the arrival time. After 2 pm I called the office to get an estimate on when someone would arrive and was informed that the gentleman would be there before 3 pm, but he never showed up. My father owned a construction company and I understand that sometimes other appointments run over time, but in this instance, I never received a phone call and when I tried to call the office the next day no one answered. I can't rate the quality of the work that they might have done but I am definitely disappointed by this experience. read more
