Never should have left the plant. Became a warranty issue. After waiting for the new panes for a long time they scheduled install appt. Installer showed up with them but somehow the wrong ones were made. Installer said he would have to put in to have them processed again. Long wait. We get another call for install appt. Day of install we get text from installer that there were no panes when he went to pick up! Backordered. Made a complaint last week asking what the heck is going on. They said someone will look into it. Called again today and they are still in CA with no eta on when we will get the panes.

But now very happy, I am able to swing the door out or in, and the function is useful. I swing the door in so I can allow the shower to dry throughly. I wasn't too keen on the price, a little over priced I'd say. Also there was a little trouble getting the door sized. I had to wait an additional week for the actual door. That is why I did not give a 5, however the owner was in touch with me about the door. He did tell me he was going to get me a door stop to allow the door to just close. I am happy I just used the door first before restricting the movement of the door. The door does look great in my bathroom.
