He Asked for my patio door measurements, which I didn't have but he wasn't rude about it and instead chad sent me two sliding patio door measurement estimates of what he believes I might have. I went through the paper work and honestly, the pricing was perfect! it wasn't too cheap where i was going to get a shitty job done or too expensive. I believe the price was right and not pricey at all. The estimate was good for a month, so I decided to shop around and see what other options I may have but Covid-19 hit and I just put everything to a pause. A month later in April, I decided that I really needed my door fix ASAP! I decided to email Chad back and from there we made the arrangements to have my sliding door fixed! Everything went smoothly and no miscommunications at all. (That's a plus for me!) He did sent out his contractor (very nice) to make the final measurements of my door before ordering the sliding door. My date for installation was anywhere from June 11-15.
