I called around 7-8am, Charles came right over (around 1hr wait). Charles looked over everything fixed the spring and a hinge that needed to be replaced. All in all, took about 1 hour and the spring itself has a 1 year warranty. I was very happy with the work and quick response from Charles. Gave him a nice tip too, it was well deserved. I was impressed that they sent me a photo of my tech and a link to track his arrival time. Joseph arrived and he was very professional and helpful.
