I absolutely recommend this company! From the nice young lady that answered the phone with my initial phone call. She was very informative and able to answer all of my questions and kindly. Then the friendly repair man Cameron coming to my home and taking care of everything that I needed, I was 100% satisfied. He was able to educate me on what has happened and the lifeline of parts, etc. He broke down what everything would cost and it was all fair and reasonable. After his repairs I asked if they also do "seal" replacement for the bottom of the door and he did that for me on spot for a small additional part charge. Normally these days with businesses at some point there are some sort of disappointment, it's just the way it happens, and also lack of service mindset anymore. You will not see that with this company. I was very impressed and very happy all the way through. Thank you! This is a family owned and operated business and they care about their customers, it shows! After Cameron left, I searched them out on yelp on my own and wanted to share a review. This company deserves a five star review! Prompt and friendly service. I thought my old opener had finally failed but Cameron diagnosed it as a sensitivity issue and adjusted the opener accordingly. I feel that he is a very honest and helpful person. Some other companies may have tried to sell me a new opener. He gave me some tips and info on how things work. I appreciate his help since I'm a widow and on my own. While there, he also replaced the bottom seal for just the cost of parts. Top notch! The breaking of a garage door spring is always an inconvenience. Coupled with the selling of your house and it is just no fun. The home warranty place connected us with All Service Garage Door. In the 1st call the gal was so helpful even contacting the installer while he was out working to see if he could get to us that day. (The spring broke at 1 pm). Unfortunately, his schedule did not allow for a same-day service call. We were scheduled for the next day between 9-12. We asked for a 30 minute Heads-up to make sure we could be home. Shortly after 10 am the next day, we got a call that Steve could be here in 30 minutes and he was! Steve was very professional and even clarified if we knew the warranty company did not cover the spring. We had not know this and appreciated the info. The price we paid was $50 LESS than another company we had called the 1st day. The experience was pleasant, even in the midst of the irritation and inconvenient timing of a broken spring. Big time crooks. Would never call or do business with them. They team up with First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation are out to con you out of your money. They were clearly told the garage door was in peaces, so don't come if you're not going to fix it, TWICE. Yet he comes out way before the scheduled time and all he wants to do is sell us a new garage door, not even checking the motor, but tells FAHBP the motor is good, and collects his "coming out" fee when the adults were not at home. Needles to say I got it fixed by somebody else, a new door with glass and a new motor for at least $350.00 less, but these two partners cost me $125.00 for nothing. I will contact BBB as well. read more
