It has been 4 months and still no doors. I've called multiple times asking for a call back and no one calls me back. One dispatcher or c.s. Rep even said I see you've called weekly yet no urgency has been expressed. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.
