She took our information and provided a quote within minutes. After getting the approval from my wife, I scheduled an appointment for the very next day. My wife dropped off the car, and the repair was completed the very same day. When we picked it up, the staff was once again warm, friendly, and genuinely thankful for our business. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The new glass looks perfect, and the car is as good as new. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair! Price was very reasonable.

Do not have Jason (Jackson mobile auto glass) do any work for you…read more Jason lacks workmanship and attention to detail. Had Jason come out to the house to install a new windshield. The windshield is not sealed correctly. A lot of wind noise coming in through the cab. I contacted him about it and his response was," well you told me there was air leak before". Yes but the windshield was damaged and now has way more wind and noise coming in . I haven't heard from him. Also he scratched the paint on my fenders and cowl panels. Tried to contact him a second time and he has not responded. Also he didn't bring a ladder. Climbed up and down on my tires and running boards to do the job. When he couldn't get the cowl panels to click in correctly he would punch them down with force leaving a dent in the metal. Jason is not trustworthy nor honest businessman. I would not have any work done with Jackson mobile auto glass especially Jason.

I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I still owe them an awesome review for the suspension work they did on my son's car. Thank you Best Auto

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible experience with this company and Milgard Windows. We remodeled our…read moreentire house, which consisted of all windows being replaced. They never came and measured the actual windows, instead relying strictly on a set of plans provided by the contractor. This resulted in several windows not fitting after they were made. Visalia Window also installed several of them incorrectly, so they would not open and close properly, and they have still never fixed those issues after 4 years of trying. A sliding glass door was installed improperly and they ignored our requests to address the issues until after stucco work was completed and it had to be completely ripped out and replaced. Then they damaged the replacement during installation and refused to provide any additional assistance. Another sliding glass door has a screen that won't roll properly and always comes off, so we can't even use it. They were paid $55,000 and swore they would do everything to fix all of the issues because they had a reputation to uphold, but they do not care about the customer after they take your money. They do not return phone calls or do anything for you once they are paid. Milgard Window Company is just as bad and do not honor warranties or provide any follow up assistance with poor quality installation of their inferior products. Be warned and go with another company.

Sad day to be writing such a review, but long overdue…read more Service is now completely degenerated. Owner marches to the beat of his own drum, does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. He showed up without permission, completed a glass replacement without our knowledge or permission, and was unreachable during the time frame. Once I had as able to reach him by phone he just gloated about how busy he is, and how we aren't the only customers. We then found out through other sources and from additional complaints, that he was using aftermarket glass, but being paid for the factory (OEM) price. Once we learned that, we found other jobs he had done fraudulently for us as well. SafeLite is now reviewing him as an affiliate; and my business and family have discontinued him as a vendor for us. He has gotten too big for his britches.
