Charged here twice and one of the best places to charge. Far superior to Firebaugh area because of the surrounding facilities. The only other good similar place to charge is the Harris Ranch stop along I-5 in Coalinga, where you can get pretty good food at a dedicated BBQ spot but facilities are not as nice/new as Bravo Farms.

Even during busy travel hours, this place feels roomy and calm instead of frantic and Hunger-Games-adjacent. The area is clean, open, and well laid out, which is more than I can say for some supercharger sites that feel like an afterthought squeezed behind a dumpster. Location-wise, this one understands the assignment. Right off the freeway, painless to access, and just as easy to jump back on in either direction. No weird detours, no "did I miss the on-ramp?" moments. And while your car is gulping electrons, you get options. In-N-Out is right there for a classic burger fix, and Bravo Farms adds a nicer sit-down vibe if you want something more leisurely. Food choices that don't feel like a compromise? That's a road-trip luxury. The only thing keeping this from five stars: no restroom on site. You'll need to walk about 100 yards to the nearest spot, which isn't the end of the world--but when nature calls mid-charge, you definitely notice its absence. I've been interested in eating here for about a year. For about a year, we have been making Dunkin Donuts our mid-point stop on our way to the beach. Both to and from. Now it looks pretty run down. The restrooms are the most telling. I don't think anyone really cleans them. Probably just restocks them. Considering the size of Kettleman, this is par for the course, sadly. But the food. The food is great. We got the birria tacos and asada fries because they were out of nachos. What was supposed to be a quick to-go stop turned into a sit down because the kids asada fries took so long. I didn't mind. I was driving and needed time to eat. The birria tacos themselves were just OK in my opinion. Nothing a few squeezes of lemon wouldn't fix. But my friend from Ghana who traveled with us was blown away.
