Rodger was definitely responsive and most of all reliable. I've sent out requests to multiple electricians in my area and about 80% are busy and booked and the other 19% would only be available in a week or two. Rodger was definitely that 1% that made my day and was able to come and fix my problem within that hour and also was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it really quick. My situation was that my bedroom outlets were dead and needed repair. I had replaced the outlets because the previous outlets we're old and did not match with the renovation I did with the house. I'm no electrician and didn't want to mess with electricity especially because breaker panel did not correspond accurately with what was written. I'm so satisfied with this company and I want people to know about them that I'm posting another review on here after I did one on Google. A couple weeks ago I called several electricians and Right Method Electric was very responsive. I spoke to Rodger and he was very professional. He gave me 3 different estimates according to where I wanted my outlet to be install. I sent him some pictures of my fuse box and once I decided, he was very quick to schedule a day to come out to do the install in the over 100 degree heat in Fresno. I'm very pleased with how it came out. I didnt know that I needed an adaptor for my charger and it didn't come with the car. Roger let me know which one I needed.
