Mike is a great guy, prob saved my life, My wires in my main panel were frayed and burning slowly .Taped together at ends. I don't know who remodeled this house but it seemed like a fire trap. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with Manual the owner. He didn't show up when he said he would and we could not pin down a time for him to finish the job. So now my General contractor has to find someone else to finish, which electrician don't like finish someone else work. Manual would come late and then leave said he had to do something and then come back and stay tell 9:30pm-10pm this is residential not Commercial this made my wife uncomfortable. We also had issues with him changing how he wanted paid first it was hourly, but then he said it was a bid which made it $200 hour and he said he was worth it. He asks for all the money up front the first day, but I reminded him that by law (I'm a business owner) that he could not ask for all the money up front. I did pay him about $2000, so this is not about him not being paid. I would not recommend for remolding jobs. read more

After two weeks I decided to call him directly I left a voicemail and it's been four days, no response. So it appears his business is so good that he doesn't need any more clients. Absolutely incredible. Manuel has saved us multiple times when the dogs/puppies have damaged electrical cords that we thought were secure. He's twice repaired a cord on an expensive AC unit for us, saving us from having to buy another unit. He's usually available the next day, which has been a big plus considering it is summer and hot outside. He has successfully repaired damage that others told me was not fixable. I had Manuel do work for me once. I talked lights in my bathroom. The lights work but he didn't clean up very well after him self. Left dust everywhere and was asking me if I had a vacuum he could borrow. Seem unprepared. He also left some marks on the wall where he outlined where he needed to cut. I let it go cause it seemed small. I thought I'd use him again for my rental property. He flaked on me twice, first time just didn't show up. I called and he said his mistake, so ok rescheduled. The next time I called just to be sure he was coming by at 9am as scheduled and he was running late and if he could come by later. I said surrrrre but has to be before 2pm, he said ok and will call when he is on his way. He calls at 3pm when I'm not available to try to set up another time.
