Excellent Service from Apex General Inc.! I am very excited to write this review today! I recently experienced some issues with my AC system and contacted my home warranty program, which sent out a technician to inspect and perform a tune-up. Unfortunately, when they left, I was disappointed because nothing was fixed. I reached out to a trusted friend who works for Apex General Inc., and he recommended their services. He spoke highly of their quality of work, and I was not disappointed. I scheduled an appointment, and Technician Nisan Cruz from Apex General Inc. arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Nisan introduced himself and asked me to explain the issues I was experiencing with my system. After our discussion, he went directly to my exterior unit and began work. He conducted his inspection outside, showing me videos, pictures, and measurement readings of his initial findings. Nisan was eager to inspect the attic as well, which he did thoroughly. After troubleshooting, he identified issues within my attic and explained how they affected my system. The upstairs rooms were about 5°F cooler than the rest of the house. Nisan pinpointed the root causes and corrected the issues as he found them. We then walked to my room vent, and I immediately felt a significant difference compared to before his arrival. I was extremely happy with the work and service Nisan provided. His work ethic and customer service are exceptional--something I haven't seen in a long time. I cannot express enough gratitude for his dedication and professionalism. Remarkably, all of this was done within the scope of the inspection and at no additional cost! Thanks to Nisan's expertise and commitment, I will be a lifelong Apex customer. I wish more industries had professionals like him. Additionally, two other technicians came out the same day to inspect my electrical panel. I regret I didn't catch their names, but they both demonstrated the same level of professionalism. Apex truly has top-notch professionals all around! read more

The team (Tim, Christian, and Alex) went above and beyond getting my lighting installed. I have an older home with vaulted ceilings and they were able to figure out a very difficult install for my new smart fan. Christian also made great recommendations on where to place my lights, and made sure they were symmetrical and spaced correctly. They installed a new electrical outlet for my tankless water heater, a few GFCI outlets, and dimmer switches for my new fixtures. This was all while working with other contractors on site! I highly recommend this team for any project! They completed their work on time, on budget, with zero rework! I will definitely be using them for any future jobs! read more

Jose and Tim came to my parents house to checkout a few outlets and the electrical panel. My Dad can be a difficult customer and I was more concerned about him giving Jose and Tim a hard time while they worked. Welp, my Dad loved Jose and Tim. They were patient with my Dad and showed him what the issues were and made a few quick adjustments. So, overall the service was great. I'm going to have Electrical Power Source to come back to my parents house to install a few security cameras with outdoor lighting and an electrical outlet to charge an EV. read more

Good company to work with. Workers were promp every morning. (We haven't seen that in our 6 years in working with different contractors or handyman's) The main electrician for the job informed me of every "road block" they came up against. The work took longer than I expected, but that's because we added on more work after a few days in. Unfortunately the only thing I wasn't happy about was they didn't inform my husband or I about sealing up any holes for the new wiring to go through. Our home is older and has a basement. We noticed mice in places where they have bent been in a while. Other than this, we are VERY happy with this companies work. We will refer them to friends. And will likely have them do more electrical work in the future. read more

I hired Electrical Power Source to install 2 EV chargers. From the beginning, Jose was very attentive, came to my house at the time we agreed, listened to my requests and provided the right solutions for my car charging needs. I needed to update the estimate and make a change, which Jose was able to provide immediate feedback. Every time I talked to the dispatch lady, she was professional and had instant communication with the field guys. And the installation technicians did a fantastic job. Yesterday, they installed the charger that I bought myself and, so far, not problems. I will keep an eye to make sure there are not issues, but their work is guaranteed for 1 year. Overall, I'm very happy with the work that Electrical Power Source did. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I wanted it done. I could not wait for my handy man. I thought they would do it faster considering I had more I wanted and needed done. My experience with Electrical power Source was a very unpleasent experience. Let's get started, I hired the company to put in 33 recess lighting, 7 dimmers, 2 outlets and a ceiling fan and the total was a little over $5,300. Two workers showed up to start a one day installation service to my house and 1 of them was under the influence (weed). I immediately noticed when they started that the worker's were moving fast, making a lot of noise to install a dimmer in the bathroom and I immediately noticed that they damaged the wall, looked like someone took a hammer to it. As they proceed with the recess lighting, they drilled holes that were to big for the light fixtures. I left them alone in hope they were on planning on fixing the damages later. It only got worse. They had drilled little wholes in the ceiling claiming they did this to follow wiring to come through, which made no sense considering the wire was already in place. So, in one of my bathrooms, they cut a square whole into the wall claiming this. So, as they continued on with the work, it felt that they were purposely trying to fuck up my home. Almost every room they worked on was fucked up. Not kidding. I was like they hired monkey's with tools to do a job. A few hours later my power in half my home went out. He claimed that he started working on the electrical without turning off the switch. He starts to check what he did wrong. An hour later, still no electricity in my home. He then decided to check the wiring in my outside circuit board. He tells me that he has to move wires around to get the power back on and that the Solar company that I had for 4 year did it all wrong. I told him that it didn't makes sense, considering nothing was wrong with my wiring nor power until he started fucking with my home. His response was, "this is the only way to have your power back on." Now at this point, I am very upse. Getting angrier by the minute. I will spare you all the other crap. These pictures should tell everything. Wait, at the end off this crazy ass fuck up. They had the nerve to ask for payment in full. Now, the bill went up another grand for extra lights and a dimmer switch that literally cost $25 dollars a piece. However, I asked for a total of 5 lights and one more dimmer. I asked about the damage to my little fixtures, ,walls, and ceiling. The worker proceed to informed me that I am responsible for fixing all the so-called little damages to my home and that it literally states that in the contract. I refused payment and demanded their boss to come check out the work that was done. The supervisor came out and assess the work that was done and apologized for all the damages done to my home and told me he will have one of their other guys to come fix some of the damaged walls, ceiling, etc. Well, that did not happen as you can see from the pictures. Now, the owner is involved. He comes out to see all the crap. He was apologetic for everything. Sorry not forgiving. I felt he was apologetic because he wanted his money. So, I get this new bill sent to me over email. They increased the bill for another grand. The bill is now 2 grand over what I was quoted. At this point I am ready to take them to court. I refused to pay them a dime. I told them I need to have all the damages fixed as well as to have my solar company come out and fix whatever their employee did to my electrial wiring panel outside, as well as the inside of my home. Now, they have fixed the walls that had holes. They tried fixing the badly damaged light switch, it's still looks bad. The electrical outlet is not fixed. However, however, they caused damages to the other side of the wall. However, left a tornado of other issues with my home. I have never seen this type of shabby work in my life. This is my third home. Again, they attempted to fix a few of the damages that they have caused. I feel the only reason why they tried to fix some of the damages, is because I had refused to pay them. We came to an agreement. However, I wish I had pursued legal action. I am still dealing with my outside electrical panel. The solar company came out and said the wires are not where they are supposed to be. That's another store. read more

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience with this company. Hired them to install dim lighting in our house and instead they damaged every single dim lighting they installed, starting with making the holes way to big and damaging the ceiling. Also, while doing the dim lighting installation the power went out twice. First time for an hour or so. They moved wires that were not to be touched because of our solar. Also, 1 of their workers came in smelling like weed. Very unprofessional company and their representatives. Total nightmare to say the least. read more

It's not often that you have two electrical related emergencies in one day and I was amazed at how responsive and friendly the staff at Electrical Power source was to my request. I'd originally called them on a Monday morning. They answered the phone and quickly determined when a technician could check out a strange electrical flickering at our rental. About an hour later I got a call from an AC tech from Lee's Air who was taking a look at the failed AC unit at my parents house. They had identified it as an electrical issue and Robert from Electrical power source had that tech go check out my parents house first to find the source of the problem. I could not be happier with the outstanding service they provided on such short notice. Thank you Hector and your team for helping us when we needed it! read more

The invention of words that humanity has learned to use over time in order to communicate will never be enough in order to describe how truly fantastic my experience has been with everyone at the Electrical Power Source. Words like polite, respectful, considerate, hard working, professional, friendly, fast, accurate, and just plain nice people come to the front of my mind. In the future when anyone asks me for a referral when it comes to a Electrical Power Source issue I will always say call the staff at the Electrical Power Source company. read more

Thanks guys for the quick guality service in getting a solar inverter switched out at my parents place. I bought the inverter and they installed it in a reasonable amount of time. Charged a very fair price. Didn't try add on a bunch of miscellaneous fluff. A local solar company (Solar Negotiators) wanted to charge 2 times as much as the total cost of the inverter and labor to place it in. Definitely will go through them again on my next electrical need. read more
