Our AC fan started making strange noises and failed. I reached out to Bill and he was able to arrive the same day (a Friday). Since it was too late in the day on Friday to get parts, he offered to install a new part he had on hand. He stayed pretty late on Friday installing it since the weekend was going to be triple digits. That was very much appreciated. Great and friendly service. read more

I have had to have my Air Conditioner serviced and repaired by Advanced Air, and I can honestly say, that even though my air conditioner was giving them a ton of trouble after repairing almost everything on it, they would not give up on it. They are hard working and respectful people that want you to be happy in the end. I would recommend this company to do all your heating and air repairs, they are top notch! read more

Great and prompt service. Bill explained problem, had parts on hand, fixed the A/C. Definitely reccomend.

Very responsive, professional and curteous. He had parts immediately for my AC repair. Great service.

Called them, came out the following Day. Bill was thorough in his search for why the air was not getting cold. He found the problem and resolved it. Took him about 1.2 hours . He is professional and has a lot of knowledge in what he is doing. Best part he is reasonably priced!. I recommend him if you have an issue with your AC. I will definitely use him again. read more

Outstanding service. Very easy to contact and communicate with. Bill is a real professional. He suggested the right solution (always gives 2-3 options). It was better and cheaper than what I had in mind. He also mentioned other problems he noticed during inspection. The problem was fixed promptly and I was very happy with the result and the price. I had questions regarding issues with cooling in one of the rooms. He gave me three options and two days later gave me another one more after he consulted with a colleague. The air in my house is clean, airflow better and PG@E bill is lower. read more

Bill was amazing to work with. He originally came out to see why my AC stopped cooling during the hottest part of the day. (It's been 100° plus every day for the past week.) Unfortunately, the unit was was unrepairable. But he was able to get a brand new unit installed for me within days. Great customer service! I have a cool house now! THANK YOU! I highly recomend Bill with Advanced Heating & AC to do any of your HVAC work. read more

Bill called me back within 1 hour of leaving a message. I explained my situation and he mentioned that he didnt do evaporative cooler repair any longer but he was familiar with the electrical issues. He was very patient, listened to what I had already gone through and pointed me in the right direction. Turned out that my unit was shorting out after installing a new motor because the wiring in the hvac junction box was crossing. I rewired it according to his verbal specifications and low and behold.... it works! Not only was it the right answer, but he was willing to provide the pointers to me over the phone since I was already3/4 of the way complete with it - and was free of charge since he didnt do the HVAC repair any longer. Thank you for your kindness and willing to spend the extra time pointing me in the right direction as I am not an electrician, but now I feel like one! Sucks that its 108 degrees outside toooo!! 5 Stars and my full recommendation to others searching for a quality repairman! read more

My A/C was not giving enough cooling. I called Bill and he appeared the same day with in few hours. He diagnosed that the refrigerant level is less in my A/C unit and refilled it. After few days we got in to the same issue of getting less cooling. I called him again and he found that there is a leak in the unit and suggested to replace the unit as it is very old or to try using sealant. He also refilled the refrigerant again free of cost to manage the heat wave of the day. This refilled refrigerant will last for the next few days before I replace the unit. He is very reliable, honest and reasonable with his charges. I highly recommend him. read more

I highly recommend using Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, a one-man show. I've called on Bill twice in the last 3 years for service, and he has left a great impression on me. Most recently I had him do a routine servicing at a rental unit. I live out of town and he was great at communicating with my tenant and I in arranging for an appointment. He is trustworthy, never trying to upsell needless repairs, and his rates are very reasonable. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did (my email to him bounced back, so make sure you actually call on a telephone, like in the ol' days). read more

Bill came out in a very timely manner, fixed our first unit for a fair price, and was able to fix our second unit as well. Previous estimates had simply told us that we'd need to replace the whole unit because it's too old but Bill didn't even suggest that and was able to replace the needed part for less than a tenth of a new unit. When I thought something had gone wrong and brought up a concern, he insisted on coming out immediately to check and make sure everything was okay, even though I told him that I thought the problem had resolved itself. This was on a Friday after work hours! To top it off, he fixed my window since he was on my roof anyway! I highly recommend Bill and will be sharing his name with my friends and family. read more

Quick same day service. I had called other companies and many gave me a 6 day wait to come out. There is no way my family could wait that long to get my AC fixed in this heat. Bill came out same day n fixed it at a resonsable price Thank you Bill read more

Good service received on two different occasions! Bill is Enjoyable to work with and very much knows his trade. Thank you!

Amazing work at an affordable price. I appreciate the quick response from everyone involved.

My AC was working fine but was making a loud screeching noise intermittently during a mid summer heat wave. Advanced Hearing and Air were able to come out three days sooner than any other company. Micah was extremely polite and professional. Ended up our system just needed a good cleaning, which he included with the service charge. He also tightened all our screws, and rewrapped our hoses. He didn't try to rush out even though it was 106 while he was working outside. Before leaving he advised us on how to keep everything tip top into the future. Very pleased with their service. Will use again. read more

Bill is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I tend to be very picky with who I send out for jobs, as I am a realtor and property manager and need to rely heavily on industry professionals to have the work completed properly. Advanced Heating and AC is hands down a very reputable/trustworthy company that you can rely on to always provide you with the right answer and take care of you as a client. Thank you for making repairs and maintenance such an easy and smooth experience. read more

I have gotten 3 quotes to put in a new heating/a.c. unit. And thus one was the lowest bid. There were no change orders and the unit works great. They finished in 10 hours in the rain. You can't beat that. read more

After getting estimates from several very professional AC companies with competitive pricing we decided on Advance Heating and Air to replace all the AC ducting in our home. It was a very big job as many changes needed to be made to the system. Bill and a helper worked 10 hours the first day 4 hours the next day. A beautiful professional job was done to our total satisfaction. Now our AC unit is operating efficiently and we are thrilled at how it cools the home. It was after hours in the middle of a heat wave and our A/C went out. We called Bill and he said he had a couple of other jobs and then he'd come over. He arrived within a couple of hours, complete with headlamp (it was after dark by then), and he had our A/C going again in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended. read more

"We're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave." And what a bad time for the AC to go out -- not only because it is god awful hot, but everyone in Fresno is having trouble and needing service. I called many repair services and was told they could not get to me for 5-7 days (my wife would have left me by then). I called Bill and he got me in within 36 hours. And... surprise...Bill is no longer a one man operation as one post reported. He now has an assistant, Micah. Micah was running late and was going to miss the two hour window Bill had given me over the phone, but he called and told me he was late (great personal attention, right?) and when I could expect him. He was at my home within 5 minutes of his estimate. Micah, too, was very personable and professional. He asked me several questions and got right to his task which he completed quickly notwithstanding the fact that he had to leave to get a part. Considering I will remain married the price was very reasonable. Happy to give Advanced 5 stars. read more
