As of this writing, they are building out more stations! From my count they are installing 8 more chargers. No one parked on that side of the parking lot anyway. I used it to run sprints while the vehicle charged. Security always knows I'm there when they see a fool running in the parking lot lol. Smart business move. Might as well lease the parking area to Tesla. And owners are happy knowing there is less of a chance of waiting for a station with the impending Model 3 rollout.

Environment: The mall seems fairly empty when we arrived to charge. Next to the handicap charger, there's also a Clipper Creek charger. Some of the charging spots are designated as 30 min general parking. You can also go to the Bass Pro Shops nearby to kill some time, but it's a bit of a walk. Restaurants and restrooms can be found at the mall. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Plenty of open chargers and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean and there was a trash can available.

It was commissioned and opened to the public very recently on 3/20/19. There is a small Starbucks inside Target, as well as a stand-alone Starbucks location in the south-most end of the plaza. There's one inside B&N, too. A Jamba Juice is located next to the stand-alone Starbucks. As far as food, the Target has a food court. Additionally, in the same plaza, there is India 4 U and Panda Express. The plaza to the south has Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings and Chuck E Cheese's. The plaza to the east has Habbit Burger, Panera Bread and Lumpy's Diner. The plaza on the southeast has KFC and Wingstop. There are even more options if you don't mind going further.

We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.
