This review is for Joey…read more I my car died this morning. I knew it had to be the battery. I arrived at the Pacific Ave location and Joey was quick to help! He first checked my battery to see if that was even the issue, and it was dead dead! In less than 20 minutes, Joey checked my battery, found the right battery for my car, rang me up and installed it! He was friendly and informative. I asked a few questions (which I know can be annoying) but he answered with a smile and explained in a way I could understand. Such a pleasant experience. I had to find somewhere this evening that would help me with my car and didn't know where to go. I…read morelooked on Yelp to find the closest location for an auto parts store and this store is what came up. One of my headlights was out and I had a light out that shines on my back license plate. When I walked into the store I asked if one of the employees who were sitting behind the counter would be able to help me replace my headlight on the driver side. They looked at each other and one asked the other if they were allowed to do that and he was told it was completely up to him, his choice. Thank goodness one of the employees was happy to help me. I believe his name is Carlos. I should've asked for his name because I definitely want to acknowledge the great customer service he showed me. I looked on my receipt and that's the name it stated on my receipt. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me because the light over my license plate was difficult to get to but he was able to do it once he got a tool that was needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. If only everyone was so great when it came to situations like this. I definitely will be back if I need something again and I hope to see him there again.

I went into this AutoZone location to warranty out a couple parts, and the experience was beyond…read morefrustrating. It took over 30 minutes just to process ONE sensor because the employees kept saying they couldn't find anything in the system. On top of that, they didn't even have the second sensor I needed, so it ended up being a complete waste of time. To make things worse, they ended up processing the warranty incorrectly--and then had the nerve to give me attitude like it was somehow my fault they didn't know how to use their own system. The attitude from the staff was honestly the worst part. Rude, dismissive, and acting like they knew everything while clearly struggling with basic tasks. I watched them treat other customers the same way--short, irritated, and unhelpful. It also seems like there's little to no real support after 4 PM. If you actually need help, don't expect to get it here. Save yourself the headache and just go to another location, like the one on March and West. This place is not worth your time

They made me feel like i was trying to steal money. He claimed that parts were missing. I told him that's how i bought it. It's not my fault if you guys sold me a defective product. That's why i had to go to American tire to get wipers. This was my first time buying wipes i don't know what the heck they are suppose to look like. He then told me I will only do this one time. I told him don't worry I won't be back. He said it's past 30 days. I purchased on the 17th and it is now the first. I had to fight for my return. They left a bad impression. They made me feel like a thief when all i was trying to do get my money back on a bad product.
