I went into this AutoZone location to warranty out a couple parts, and the experience was beyond frustrating. It took over 30 minutes just to process ONE sensor because the employees kept saying they couldn't find anything in the system. On top of that, they didn't even have the second sensor I needed, so it ended up being a complete waste of time. To make things worse, they ended up processing the warranty incorrectly--and then had the nerve to give me attitude like it was somehow my fault they didn't know how to use their own system. The attitude from the staff was honestly the worst part. Rude, dismissive, and acting like they knew everything while clearly struggling with basic tasks. I watched them treat other customers the same way--short, irritated, and unhelpful. It also seems like there's little to no real support after 4 PM. If you actually need help, don't expect to get it here. Save yourself the headache and just go to another location, like the one on March and West. This place is not worth your time read more

The people there were so rude. I was trying to return something that i had bought two weeks before. I did not have a receipt but i had the statement from my bank. They made me feel like i was trying to steal money. He claimed that parts were missing. I told him that's how i bought it. It's not my fault if you guys sold me a defective product. That's why i had to go to American tire to get wipers. This was my first time buying wipes i don't know what the heck they are suppose to look like. He then told me I will only do this one time. I told him don't worry I won't be back. He said it's past 30 days. I purchased on the 17th and it is now the first. I had to fight for my return. They left a bad impression. This is for the idiot that just wanted to say No to helping me. I needed to exchange lightbulbs that were given to me that were the wrong size. This kid, 20ish years old, tall, just kept saying no to every suggestion I had. All I wanted was to exchange the lights I bought the day before. So you wait to get anyone to help finally which I believe was the Manager steps up and helps you fine. I asked for a simple part he brings it up. Then he goes to help a different customer on the phone, usually you put them on hold and finish the customer before which was me, but no he changes the screen and just ignores that I was there. WTF so I asked can you finish with me first, so I can move on he said no I'm doing a stock check I give you the part number and you can get it yourself. The cashier rang me up with a new battery then told me that because there was only two workers, there was no one available to install the battery for me. Ridiculous! Why sell me the battery in the first place if there wasn't anyone available to install it?! Ended up calling Auto Zone on West Lane and even through they were also low on staff, they were willing to take care of me. At West Lane, I found out that my warranty on my old battery was still good! Wtf! They refunded the battery I just bought and installed a replacement. Won't be going to this Auto Zone in the future! Lousy workers!! Yesterday I asked 2 workers/cashiers for a Jeep Wranger 1999' s 20 A -mini fuse. They both said AutoZone do not carry that. What? I went and grasped a 20 A Bossman mini fuse from a shelf and asked them to check on a computer. they said, "No . this does not match your Jeep" . What? the fuse' s size/dimention matches a fuse that I took out from my Jeep!. so I asked then who might carry the fuse. They said, " Reiley or Harbor Freight" I did not believe them and went to AutoZone at 1100 N Wilson Way. A cashier there said that all mini fuses are compatible, regardless of their name brand. After going to the autozone on hammer lane, I was advised that the shrader valve I was looking for was out of stock. They called the autozone on March lane and said they had it. Since it was late in the evening , they said they would put it on hold for me. Early the next morning, I drove to autozone on March lane. When I spoke with the parts person behind the counter, he said the part was not in stock, even though their stock system showed they had one. He said he would call the auto zone on Wilson way. After 10 minutes on hold, I decided just to take my business to a different automotive store. I was able to find the same part cheaper, just down the street. I guess it worked for the better for me since I was able to save some money shopping at a different place. read more
