I called a few places listed on InterstateBatteries.com as distributors and dealers. This shop had the lowest price (even slightly below the recommended retail price). Over the phone Roberto has confirmed that they had the battery in stock, and said that while they don't install, but they will try to see if they can help with that. When I came, Chris quickly went out to look at the old battery in order to confirm that it would be the right size. Roberto and Chris verified for me that the battery was fresh (manufactured within the previous month). When I had problems because the contact clips were a bit loose on the terminals, Chris came out and made a helpful suggestion that was the right idea. Even thought they don't have restrooms for customers, , when I needed to wash my hands, they let me inside their back space, so I could wash my hands. Chris and Roberto (and there was a 3rd sales person whose name I didn't catch) were very friendly, patient and helpful not only with/to me, but to all other customers. If I will need any other parts in this area, I'll choose this store.

They came in with a fair price to start the process and then worked with me to get the price to the best value from the 10 companies I received estimates. All promises were kept - they arrived on time - and followed through on all discussions. Clearly, they are experts when it comes to whole house generators, and I would highly recommend working with Hoover if you are in the market for a new generator.

I have had it for afew months now and it even tells me my cars diagnostics. This is better than the OnStar in my vehical. I saw it in a truck and ask the guy what it was and wht it did he told me and then I contacted Sky Key direct. Oh and when my vehical was leaving they drive way it alerted me on my phone. The other thing which I have only tried but just to play around with it , is it turns your car off from your phone so if someone is to intoxicated to drive you can shut the car down and they can't start it. I love this thing and it was well worth every $

Also, if you happen to live in the city you can take the commuter rail to their shop, which is right near a station depot. I've been to all of the shops in Massachusetts that deal with Ducati, including Riverside, Dunbar, Springfield, etc, but the service is better here. They've been around for a long time and the shop is owned by an ex-racer. They always seem to have the same few folks working there, and they're willing to take the time to speak with you. The downside to the shop is that it's small and doesn't have lots of riding gear or helmets, aside from Ducati brand clothing. They do have a good selection of new Ducati's, as well as MV Agusta and Moto Guzzi on hand however. Their prices are reasonable and much better than Riverside on service. If getting a bike from someone knowledgeable with fair prices is your goal check them out. If you're looking for a huge selection of helmets, jackets, and boots look elsewhere.

The place also has that mom and pop shop feel rather than a "bike shop": if you expect to walk into a showroom filled with gear, accessories etc - this place isn't it, you need to go to a chain store for that. What you will see however is bikes that you probably have never seen in your life and every one of them will have a history. I highly recommend this shop for all your bike repair needs!
