Hi End was $20-$30 cheaper then the rest and they use Viper products not the generic remote starters. They have been the driving force behind my trucks transformation. They made me a custom Grille, lifted my suspension as well as installed sport shocks to help absorb the bounce a truck has with Boston potholes. They armor lined the bed of my truck and went out of their way to find me the best deal on rims and tires. I honestly love this shop, The guys are very easy going and easy to joke with. I recommend this place to everyone. I have several friends who went there for tints etc. Everyone seems happy so far.

It was my first time dealing with said company. I dropped off my car after work & left my keys before they opened around 8am. (We spoke prior about this & he agreed since I work night shift). I picked up my car around 4:30pm later that day. Upon entering my car, I was shocked to see my car still dirty!!! The picture you see here is literally right after I got the car & that wasn't even all that was left dirty!!! After speaking to family & friends about what to do, I called and spoke to Marcus. I told him I was unhappy with the detail & what suggestions he had. He proceed to tell me that he will give me a 50% refund and that I can come to pick up the check. I told him I would be able to tomorrow. The next day arrived & I let Marcus know I'm on my way. Once I arrived, he asked to look at the car then said he would not honor the 50% off since it's too much & will only honor a 20% refund or if I can let them clean the remainder of my car in the next 20mins. I told him absolutely not!!!! You had my car for over 8 hours and I got it back dirty. I went out of my way to drive there on my day off when I don't even live in Everett just for him to give me another story when I arrived. I told him after not wanting to go back n forth that I will just dispute the 50% charge with my bank. I'm telling you right now, this company took advantage of a woman of color! The shop and customer area were clean and organized, which made me comfortable right off the bat because no one likes walking in to a gross mechanic shop where you are afraid to sit down or touch something. I took my 2002 car in since it didn't seem to be driving properly. It would shake when driving, had a small oil leak in the engine and a speedometer that would stop working at a moments notice. I explained this to the owner and within a few hours, on a holiday, I received a call explaining what work needed to be done on my car and what the expected cost would be. He prioritized the work that needed to be done immediately, for safety reasons, and what could wait for a future visit. This was great as my budget was slightly limited. It also made me feel like he cared more about my safety and fixing what was wrong than my money. Overall I would highly recommend New England Turbo Diesel!

Just brought to get used tires and instead of putting the tires on my rims he took my nice rims, put some old beat up rims on my car and tried to thief my rims without telling me! I thought was saving money but in end extra costs and lost time. He moves too fast, doesn't drive car before or after fixes to see what's wrong and you cant explain issues. On top of it - he said, "doesn't want to hear any complaints." I will go up the street from now on to mechanics that care to listen, act like you are a valued customer and are competent. I called a few places listed on InterstateBatteries.com as distributors and dealers. This shop had the lowest price (even slightly below the recommended retail price). Over the phone Roberto has confirmed that they had the battery in stock, and said that while they don't install, but they will try to see if they can help with that. When I came, Chris quickly went out to look at the old battery in order to confirm that it would be the right size. Roberto and Chris verified for me that the battery was fresh (manufactured within the previous month). When I had problems because the contact clips were a bit loose on the terminals, Chris came out and made a helpful suggestion that was the right idea. Even thought they don't have restrooms for customers, , when I needed to wash my hands, they let me inside their back space, so I could wash my hands. Chris and Roberto (and there was a 3rd sales person whose name I didn't catch) were very friendly, patient and helpful not only with/to me, but to all other customers. If I will need any other parts in this area, I'll choose this store.

They were clearly busy and all their tow trucks were occupied, but the owner (I assume he was the owner) was super friendly and responsive - he drove his personal truck over, arrived within 15 minutes of our call, and within 30 seconds he was able to jump-start and get our Land Cruiser up and running again. He had a portable credit card scanner, charged us a reasonable price and we were on our way. Definitely recommended!

My irritation - and honestly mild reaction - at getting cut off was somehow super offensive? The driver then alternated between flipping me off and slamming on their brakes (even though he had a blue Ford pick up on his bed? Who cares if you damage the customers vehicle - just as long as you piss me off, right guy?) The driver flipped me off and slammed on their brakes over and over until I took out my phone to record their crazy driving but then, of course, it was all best behavior. If this is the kind of childish behavior that this guy displays for cutting someone else off, I'd hate to see the rage he'd go into if you cut him off. (Ever see the movie "Joy ride"? Yeah that's coming to mind) If you drive for a living, you should probably get your road rage in check, dude!
