I luckily, told by my car, that I was loosing pressure and was able to turn around and make it home and schedule service. But they showed up early and fixed it fast with a tire plug. For years when i had tire problems when I had spares. Tire shops would also tell me that they couldn't patch it and I had to buy a new set. Some how this changed in the last few year that patch are acceptable...? I think all the tire shops just wanted more money. It's not like I changed on what I'm running over causing the leaks. So it must have just been Discount tire and Costco always pushing for more money from me and not wanting to do the correct job. These guys are great. They even told me that they provide roadside EV charging service, just incase you ran out of charge. So no towing to the next super charger just plug in and wait 15 min and you get another 100 miles to drive on to get home to charge.

I'm a nurse and have excellent hearing. She told us it would take 48 hrs to diagnose and maybe long.er. I told her it was our only vehicle. She said she could do a loaner after having vehicle for at least 48 hrs. I asked if I could speak to someone with clearer communication. Another service dept employee asked what I wanted. I explained AGAIN that I could not understand her and other things. His response was, "nobody is perfect, this is the real world". I was like, what????? He was curt and dismissive with me.
